      @@thakurmohit4001 Bhai the issue with this car is the battery getting discharged or not charging properly. The dealer can charge the battery outside and connect it so that customer can't find the issue if he don't keep it for few days.

    The invoice they showed has no work done mention on it. How is that possible?? For what they were charged 2705/-. Seems fishy.

      It's clearly mentioned in the bill that the said amount is towards Labour and service charges. Its quite common in dealerships across the country when one takes his vehicle for general inspection or some non-consumable service job.
      It will be difficult for anyone to prove it as a fraudulent transaction.

    A simple matter of Consumer Complaint by a dissatisfied customer against a used car vendor would have helped. However, conducting media trials for or against anyone may not be a good approach. Think what happened to Riya Chakraborty case, she is out on bail and now no one is speaking a word about that matter. But earlier, it was a daily story in all news channels. Both parties should resort to legal remedies and get the matter sorted out, evidence be presented before the court, as decision can be taken only by court.....

      There is fair possibility of delay due to Covid-19 lockdown. I am in favour of the customer and hope that the technical issue is solved peacefully by addressing the real issue. This is really a sad situation for the customer. In case of fraud, company loses business and so I am hopeful that Kunj Motors will not be rigid. They can allocate a 3rd party who can talk on their behalf keeping customer's problem as the top priority to solve honestly.
      Legal options are open but solving the issue peacefully is the only thing that matters. I am really worried about the guy who bought the car and is very unhappy. A proper discussion is highly required to solve this issue.
      Online chats cannot solve this. This issue has damaged our trust in buying secondhand luxury cars. I hope that Kunj Motors will try their level best to solve this issue without having any feeling of anger on RUclips posts.

      I am hopeful that they will try to address the core issue and provide full technical support. If Kunj Motor fails to solve the technical issues of that car, it will affect their business. There is no escape from that. I don't agree with buyback at the same problem. Wiring issues, engine starting problems even if it is related to the bad quality of the engine of the car, it must be solved by Kunj Motor. They both can share the cost as per mutual consent &/or based on the warranties provided.

      @@abhishekdwivedi1692 there was no engine fault. The battery drained out due to lockdown. Moreover they send it for repair and the owner accept delivery post service after inspection. What else you want them to do

      @@sumeetghai8867 I am not blaming anyone. I feel that in long run, we should try to talk nicely. Sometimes, customers get nervous due to lack of knowledge as well.
      Customer comes first in any business and this issue is badly damaging Kunj Motors future business. Winning this situation is not important. Important thing is to try and understand why the customer is so confused regarding engine start issue. Talk to them nicely, forget all what is there on RUclips. All is well if the end is well. You don't have to take the car back as this is not acceptable. If there is any real issue, kindly take help of authorised service centre people, do the needful with proper paperwork. Let the technical person write a statement for the engine start issue and show that to the customer and also show this on RUclips.
      Sometimes, we compromise in life to improve our business. Help them in solving the technical issue with best possible solution, nothing else you can do.

    I think the dealer and customer are both at fault. The dealer for potentially hiding critical information from the customer and not premptively fixing an issue. While the customer for not doing DUE diligence before buying. While buying used, it is imperative to ask about service records, even get the car inspected at the company service station. I understand that not every customer can have the technical know how to determine the intrinsic value of the car. But if you're not aware as a customer, the seller/dealer/retailer will screw you and it's not on them.

    Bro when you know that the car had issues why did you sell it to the customer without rectifying the issue completely? That is a very bad practice from your side also you never mentioned car had an issue with the display unit it was not customer's ''shok'' which you have termed to get an android system. One should avoid dealers like them. You didn't do ''lihaz'' it was your way to waive off customers from the root cause that was a wiring issue.

    When a buyers buy a vehicle he has spent all his savings and he/she does not have any option but to listen to the seller. This is how the seller has a upper hand. If the seller is reputed he would have said I can take back the vehicle and after certain number of days or number of kms if you have any problem with the vehicle and return the complete money... Reputation does not come by having a large office it comes how you teat your customers...

      भाई अगर बड़ी गाड़ी का बजट नहीं बन रहा तो छोटी गाड़ी ले लो पर सेकंड हेंड के लिए मत जाओ । अगर आपकी जानकारी में कोई गाड़ी हो तो उसको consider कर सकते हो लेकिन डीलर से कभी मत लेना खासतौर पर बड़ी गाड़ी तो बिल्कुल नहीं इससे अच्छा तो छोटी नई गाड़ी ले लो ज्यादा फायदे का सौदा रहेगा।

    One can verify from Honda service center if this car visited for any claimed malfunction before selling, if yes then dealer should be held responsible otherwise not as no one can predict what's gonna get wrong in them ..as this car belongs to Atlas group, I am assuming it must have always visited Honda service centers.. Service records should be checked

    Why don't you ask about Infinity Honda service centre said when these people taken car on 16 March 2020 there for service, they replied there is a issue reg CPR ( wiring problem ) which costs 80K for fixing up....

Ab agar roz ka kaam hai tab bhi itna time kyu laga RC tansfer karne mai. March 17th Ko paise aaye Kunj motors pe they could have initiated the process on 18th itself(Agar inka roz ka kaa hai ye) in logo ne RC ka process hi initite tab kiya hai jab is topic pe halla macha hai. Something is fishy with Kunj motors March 17 se march 21 and June se leke Nov 5 tak kaafi badi windows hai RC transfer karne ke liye.

When it was over my new car was not getting started and dealership said it's bad and all they tried all ways to not to replace and not to charge. After having call from DM they agreed.     If you buy second hand product be it car or mobile then it's the buyers responsibility to verify and check and then only buy. I was planning to buy used car a month ago but decided to buy new car just to avoid such risks.

    This video doesn't justify the problem and not convincing. However its the dealer responsibility to address the customer problem and can be solved amicably. It is as simple , if the car is good why is it not working immediately after sale? Thats the answer. Its someone's hard earned money, respect that !
