शो रूम वाला और कस्टमर दोनों सही हैं।
ठग कस्टमर का दोस्त बनके शो रूम के स्टाफ़ के पास जाकर पेपर वर्क, फ़ोटो कॉपी इत्यादि कराता रहा और शो रूम का स्टाफ़ बनके कस्टमर से PAN CARD, पैसे इत्यादि लेता रहा।
अक्सर ही बड़े बुज़ुर्ग, या कम पढ़े लिखे लोग या गाड़ी और पेपर वर्क्स के कम जानकार लोग जब गाड़ी ख़रीदने जाते हैं तो गाड़ी और पेपर वर्क के जानकार और डिस्काउंट और accessories के मोल भाव में जानकार तेज़ तर्रार दोस्त या रिश्तेदार को साथ ले जाते हैं। अपना पैसा का transaction और पेपर वर्क उसी के ज़रिए करवाते हैं।
शो रूम स्टाफ़ इस दोस्त या रिश्तेदार को न तो पहचानता है और न ही वेरिफ़ाई करने का उनके पास कोई उपाय रहता है।
कस्टमर की दो ग़लती है एक तो बिना iCard और uniform वाले व्यक्ति को पैसा देना और चेक या कार्ड छोड़कर नगद पेमेंट करना। और पैसे देने के बाद उसके साथ साथ ऑफ़िस में मनी receipt के लिए नहीं जाना। वो सस्ती गाड़ी के चक्कर में आ गया।
शो रूम वाले की दो ग़लती है किसी को अपना फ़ोन देना और फ़ोन देने के बाद सामने बैठकर उस व्यक्ति की बात नहीं सुनना। यदि फ़ोन लेकर वो आदमी किसी और बड़े क्राइम या टेररिस्ट ऐक्टिविटी की बात करता तो शो रूम वाले को बड़ी प्रॉब्लम होती।
शो रूम के स्टाफ़ का ग़ुस्सा इस कारण होगा की ठगी के बाद police का initial investigation हो जाने के बाद, ठगी के शिकार व्यक्ति ने लोकल मीडिया और अपने लोगों की भीड़ बुलाकर शो रूम वाले को ही दोषी क़रार देना शुरू कर दिया और कोई उसकी बात नहीं सुन रहा था। जब बाद में उसकी सारी बात सुनी गयी तो सभी उसकी बात से सहमत होने लगे।

One way he was right also.After all it's a show room where people come&go,mayne sometimes under the pretext of just having a look at the car before "buying" it.And at the same time he was the most responsible person around.It happened in his premises ¬ at a public place like Rly or bus station.So he was partly responsible if not fully.
Was this matter settled or not? But the customer who lost the money looked genuine.Maybe the cctv footage could be useful.

After seeing this, I'm really felt bad for that customer. He might not so aware of this thing, poor people usually don't think of that way. They even don't understand about the uniform concept. That fraudsters gain his trust and looted him easily. Though the reporters are harsh to the manager but they are also doing the job. Its simple case pack of awareness and clever scammer. It's good that we learn and understanding the situation. Hope that culprit get caught soon.
It is mostly the customer's( mr. Jahangir) fault. Firstly he handed over the money before the bill is generated. Secondly he handed over the money to a person, not sitting in the cash counter.

भाई लोग शोरूम में सर्विस न कराएं। मेरे साथ 2000 लूट लिए 1 साल में क्लच कटोरा क्लच हब क्लच प्लेट सब बदल के बिल थमा दिए जबकि कुछ बदला ही नही गया था मतलब समझ जाओ 2000 फ्री में कमा लिए। क्लच कटोरा बदलने से उसमें हथौड़ी का निसान होता है। जो लोग सरकारी नॉकरी में हैं ऐसे लोग लुटाने के लिए जाते हैं । भाई बाहर जा के किस मैकेनिक से 100-200 में बात करोगे तो सब काम कर देगा उतने में ही। जबकि शोरूम वाला 470 रुपये श्रम मूल्य लिया जबकि कुछ काम किया ही नही है।

Showroom should not provide its toll free number to anybody for personal calls for any reason. Victim trusted the calling person because call was from toll free number. It is biggest fault. Incident would have not taken place if call had not been made from showroom toll free number.
