Hire a Lawyer , you have a valid point that the dealer is having a malafied intentions. He has not got the vehicle transferred since 8 months. Dealer will be screwed in the court and you also claim a 15 lakh compensation for harassment against the dealer and this RUclipsr.
I have seen/heard many dealer frauds. But never saw any actions against dealers. Never happened. They pay money to police and done.

Scam Chronology Explained:
1. Old car - Model - 10 years old or Older
2. Attracting Buyer - Buyer Paying high amount for the damaged vehicle
3. Dealer - Selling damaged vehicle without registering new Owner (dealer promises to rebuy the car from them )
4. Buyer - Drives the car after paying the amount without registering the car in his own name and goes for repairs and damages. After repairing and feeling cheated goes back to the dealer.
5. Dealer - Rebuy the car on a low amount from the unregistered owner.
6. Dealer again sells the car and repeats the process.
SUMMARY - Customer repairs the faulty car and returns the car in the loss. The dealer again sells the car to another person without registering.

It is really a case of carelessness from your side. Dealers will of course always try to sell you the product by showing you its plus point, it should really be the buyer's responsibility to check the car and it's components thoroughly and get it inspected before buying.

Please avoid this Delhi based preownned Dealers who fit after market parts which is 98% similar in appearance to OEM Parts but 25% quality & durability wise. They have a common baking paint booth paint high end car with Asian PPG paints instead of Glasurit BASF water based paints costing 25K per litre. Their 10-15 years old cars will outshine new showroom cars.
Don't get trapped & better buy directly from the buyer having good OEM maintained records. Don't try be penny wise & pound foolish.

17:38 Bhai is ka dyanamo ka problem hai , car jab chalti hai toh dyanamo ke through battery charge hota hai ... mere Accord mein v same problem aa raha tha service centre le Gaya toh mechanic nahi bana paya bola 55k charge lagega uske baad v sure nahi ki theek hoga ... ek local car electrical mechanic ko dikhaya 1400 rupee mein part change kar aur 700 labour charge le kar bana diya ... yeh kam old mechanics jo part part open kar ke kaam karte hai woh log he theek kar sakte hai unko parts ka bohot knowledge rehta ... company mein jao toh car ko bus ek electrical software se connect karte hai wiring check karne ke liye but uske aage unko kuch nahi aata

Just went through the videos from MCMR on vehicles in Zoom motor Delhi. I really wonder how the comments there over praise their cars. Hopefully this video came up right after my watch and stop any thoughts right there.
Every second hand dealer should at least provide 6 months of warranty ...😥 And car should be transferred on new owners name within 1.5 month
he bought the car for 6 lakhs, Should have gone to Spinny or Cars24. Atleast they provide warranty and money back .

This is completely buyers responsibility once the car is bought, even the same goes with brand new cars.

• Mail RUclips India and ask to take action against My country My ride.
• Sue Kunj Motors for selling faulty vehicles and milking money again and again.
