The way I approached it was to just build up confidence to get more and more vertical slowly by starting around the side and then bit by bit working up to more power. The second arm throw and the hip drive make a big difference!
@@gjerre81 if you f find a progression you can manage like the one around the side I would keep working that. Gradually build it up. Nothing is impossible!

I can't speak for him but I think eating real food with sufficient protein and avoiding processed foods are the way to go.
