@@rockykhadafi567 they agree but they also trying to help u be better and reach higher consciousness through removal of antagonistic behaviour, address your bitterness, accept that pain and whatever caused it and then it can no longer hurt you once you remove your association with your pain which grows your ego to distract you from truth.....hope this helps, im not trying to sound smart or be rude im just trying to practice explaining psychoanalysis in layman speech so that i can deal with other peoples ego in my own life as people are very entrenched in their own ego and we need to remove it in order to live peacefully together

-chronic emotional distress can remodel and diminish brain structures physically down to the genes by stress hormones. (It damages the brain).
    -isolation leads to depression.
-having someone with you accelerate the forgetting of a fear memory.
-depression affects every brain region, some more than others, so it' an illness where you can see the physical damage in the brain by your eyes.
-the longer the period of deppression, the smaller your hippocampus becomes,so it damages it.
-two altered genes duo to depression: circadian genes & growth factors.
-circadian genes alters sleep, alertness, thinking, function, emotional control, mood.
-knocking down growth factors in hippocampus increases anxiety & depression.
    - isolation 》 depression 》 low GF 》 depression.
-social deprivation is bad for brain & function.
-solitary isolation is one of the worst things to do to human beings.
