    Q: when you say take B5 with ...x, do you mean at the same time or over a given day?

    • @TheHumanCondition
      @TheHumanCondition  Год назад +1

      Most nutrients can be taken within days of each other-there is a myth that things must be taken right together and it is more about secretions and percentage of absorption than an absolute. Put the right stuff in your mouth and swallow it and the body figures it out generally. There are exceptions for digestive disorders but usually these are fiber and lectin based intolerances leading to mono-meals-one food at a time because of plant intolerance.

    • @TheHumanCondition
      @TheHumanCondition  Год назад

      if the fascia pain is all over, like fibromyalgia, it tends to be metabolic at the root cause in my experience. If it is local to an injury site, good massage or chiropractic care can help. I use cold laser therapies, magnesium oil topically, vitamin C and bioflavonoids and CBD creams for this. Let us know what happens.

    Will my PCP will test my levels of cortisol?

    • @TheHumanCondition
      @TheHumanCondition  Год назад +1

      They usually test one sample in blood, but this misses the circadian daily rhythm of cortisol reflected in free cortisol in urine and saliva over 24 hours. There should be a spike in the morning with low levels the rest of the time.

      I tend to use 100 to 200 mg for increasing epi and a higher dose over 800 mg daily for suppressing epi. This scheme seems to work but I am open to new research.
