One of the most memorable moments in ME3 facing off against a reaper on foot (one of the smaller ones but still impressive ) while sending a target location to the Quarian fleet. It just felt soo Mass Effect
The amount of chills I got when I first played the Rannoch Reaper part is immeasurable. Before, I didn't know it was a live Reaper, then I heard the drums in the beginning and I knew the shit had just hit the fan.
People back in the days didn't know why the galaxy history never figured out the Reapers main weak point, was when priming a laser shot. The reason is, no one in thousands of years was insane enough to single-handedly fight one of them on foot.
You're on foot, no backup, no cover, you've managed to piss off a Reaper, and you can practically reach out and touch it. There's no dodging the next blast. What do you do? Sight the target, paint it, and stare death in the eye as an entire fleet bombs it into the dirt from orbit.
The entire fight, you had to avoid the giant laser. Now trying to avoid it will mean death. You plant your feet and aim down that sight, focusing on the glowy death beam.
@@estelasayeed5608 Oh please. ME1 had barely serviceable music compared to 2/3. Hell, one could BARELY appreciate the OST in ME1 because of the terrible audio design(i.e. enemies shouting "ENEMIES EVERYWHERE" and "GO GO GO!" every two seconds in combat)
@@optimaltt6070 Honestly the only ME1 pieces that really stuck with me were In Pursuit of Saren and Virmire Ride, and both because they came back in ME2/3.
*_"Shepard to Fleet! It's not a Reaper base, IT'S A LIVE REAPER! I NEED AN ORBITAL STRIKE!"_*
Fucking chills the first time I got to that moment.
We're clear! Fire at will!

0:20 Just realized that's the music when Saren shoots himself in ME1

yeah... things went COMPLETELY sideways
gotta love that they brought back In Pursuit of Saren. That was my fav cutscene in ME1.
Favourite cut from all of the Mass Effects tbh
When the reaper crawled out of that hole was such an oh shit moment. And then it chasing you a bit while Legion get away drives...

and then humans came along... and humans just don't give a shit
What it is truly like to stare death in the face and say "FUCK YOU!"
Love this scene.

Stand my ground, if I am dying I am taking it down with me!
Shepherd bad ass she talked to 3 reapers and killed them

And the slow mo is icing on top
The deep robotic groan always get me when they play this when you confront a reaper
I just realized how well this fits when you first land back on earth before the final attack, kind of gives me Terminator vibes...
Got the legendary edition and at this part was probably the most focused I’ve been period
I'm Commander Shepard and this is my favorite song on the citadel
Dopest song in the trilogy
Samuel Johnson yea because it was in Mass Effect 1 not 3

Thanks very much chief. Had this in my old itunes library but it got deleted. Been searching for this particular mix ever since. Cheers.
Thank you so much for uploading this! =)
Listen.. we need the most epic thing in the entire universe. We're fighting a Reaper in here! On foot!
2:45 - Say no more
Gotta love how pursuit of seran from ME1 mixes well with the ME3 soundtrack

Shepard proceeded to choose destroy ending with low war assets, destroying the dislike button entirely
God, those first 20 seconds sound like an even more badass version of Attacked by Bounty Hunters from Baldur's Gate.
Never shit myself so hard
Oh shit, Harbinger!
I've got a message for the rest of your kind.
BANG.
Never mind. I'll tell them myself.
