Something I noticed about Ryan compared to the others is that one of the constant traits within each of his videos I've seen was his willingness to rip on himself and didn't shy away from showing the more embarrassing aspects. Normally, youtubers avoid this, but with him, you see him focus on things like hurting himself, screwing up, starting to do something cool but completely failing at it, etc. It in turn shows a more humble aspect where he's not boisterous or loud, he's human, and it makes him more appealing.

Note to self(ignore this): Get back into RUclips, go over notes, rewatch all Paddy videos, probably mass produce shorts and channel/video jack, make sure your videos will capture a similar audience to the one u want for future videos (are they going to be interested and possibly are the type of people to go along with ideas like channel raids), and make sure to make videos taht u enjoy. Also create videos over the summer to upload over the school year. Maybe mass produce shorts before u upload them.
You should make a "RUclips" master class video where you put together a strategy which was created from all the biggest RUclipsrs analysises you made 😁✌️
