Come on. Tommy didn't seem like he even wanted to be out there the first set, then choked the match away in the third. Less of a good win for Cobolli and more of a bad loss for Tommy.
@@HeavyTopspin Pretty much standard operating procedure for Tommy (just like how Hubi never shies away from a 3-set match he could have won in straight). Still like watching them both. Cobolli is indeed a baller though.
Tommy really needed to do well in these tournaments to sneak into atp finals. Now his only real chance is going super deep at us and a great indoor season

Its silly that Yonex is pushing this Vcore cosmetic change but nothing new as they are copying what they did with Ezone cosmetic change. Thought Yonex was above and beyond the cosmetic moneygrab game though...
Cobolli is moving up the rankings nicely! Cerundolo seems to rather be somewhere else all the time. I'm sure he does, but he really doesn't give any impression that he cares either way.
Paul plays so short and with no pace in neutral or when he defends. And i noticed a lot of younger players do that nowadays, they go for flashy shots, ne rushing, and some exibition type sh. and their baseline game is like C tier at best. Its like at times there is nothing on Paul shots, and then he rips a winner, its not gonna work agaisnt some old school people like there were in Goldkovic generation when they are playing something remotelly good. New generation needs to learn how to play baseline tennis the right way.
@jokelot5221 That's why Sinner wins a lot: he plays his shots all the time near the baseline of the opponent - then, well, doing it with such consistency is not that easy. Tennis is a hard game, with tons of aspects to take into account. It is like the brutality of Shelton: fine, you're a strong man, but that is not all, man. You need to think more. (Anyway, it seemed to me a poor match by the two: even Cobolli didn't play as well as he already showed lately.)
@@LoScrittoreDivergente Yes, Sinner does a good job from the baseline. Even better job than Alcaraz at times in that aspect. Not as crafty or athletic as Alcaraz though, but SInner slightly better baseline player in my opinion. That's why these two separated themselves from others. Medvedev, Zverev are solind baseliners, but they lack weapons apart from the server and are to passive. Kind of similar types. There use to be people like Berdych, Del Potro, Soderling big hitters that could dictate. And Murray defended and rallied way better than people like Paul. Cobolli is more solid i think, he can be good. Korda is talented, he does a good job and plays the game well, but he lacks the physicality and a big serve. Kind of weird for his height that he his such a weak serve.

Where does the delusion stem from that one can see this on a RUclips video? Given angle, quality, and frame speed, the assertion is ludicrous.
