My app doesn't even show option to create virtual card. It just says "you do not have any account that supports virtual cards"😔 So which account you need to have really? I have a cheque account
Hey @bensenzo Thank you for your comment. We just spoke to a Nedbank Call Centre agent and we were told that all current accounts have access to the virtual card feature except for savings accounts. Sometimes the Nedbank consultants tell you that a cheque account has been created but in actual fact a savings account was created and got renamed to a cheque account. We advice that you visit the nearest Nedbank branch or contact Nedbank via the call centre 0800555111
Hey @tshiamohlongwane9026 Thank you for your comment and patience. If you haven’t received a call from the bank with regards to your card delivery you’re going to have to contact the card department via the Nedbank Call Centre (+27-860-555-111) to follow up on the card delivery. We hope this helps.
Hey @sg-xd8jz Thank you for your comment. You have the option of using it for online purchases or adding the virtual card to Apple,Samsung or Google play in the event you don’t have your physical card with you.
Hey @jasonMB999 Thank you for your comment. This unfortunately has to be fixed on the banks side. You can try calling the Nedbank contact centre(0860-555-111) to have the cards linked to your profile but they might send you to nearest branch to have it done.

We think Nedbank is aware of the problem and are working on a solution. For now you’ll have to use your physical card to transact. We hope this answer has given some light to the issue.

Using a virtual card is the real issue. Not setting it up.
