Thanks for the video! I'll be starting the program soon, and you're right, one of the things I worry about is how to explain the process to others without making it sound odd, new age and quirky, or impossible. I'll be using your explanation word for word. :)

Thanks Sarah for your efforts in putting this outline out there. I have been taking some time finding out what DNRS is about.
What came across in your presentation was that these triggers can be anything from so called 'toxic' things to the innocuous. That it is this brain thing that says essentially oh s*#t. And all this goes on under the level of our awareness, under the hood. And that the process of DNRS allows for the rewiring of these associations. I think somewhere you said we pop open the hood.
One reason I'm taking some time thinking things through is like everyone I want a magic solution where I don't need to do anything just buy the programme or the book or pay for the gym membership or what ever. And then that becomes the thing I do. Another thing for me is perfectionism - I guess that's an issue for a lot of people.
At the end of the day though there is suffering. This is the thing that motivates me to do stuff to actually do the programme or what ever and to push through the perfectionism thing.
I think doing things together with others could really help. Doing things on your own without any feed back can be tough. What helped you in this respect, your church? you mentioned that you are a Christian which I am; the DNRS support group? coaching? or something else?
On the subject of being a Christian. I have found that there can be a good deal of misunderstanding from other Christians of things which aren't church based. It would be interesting to hear your thoughts on this.
Anyway thanks again for your presentation. All the best. 😊

Thanks for the video! It’s nice to see what ppl are doing on the back end. I do notice that you say that the program worked, but you are still doing the work 9 months in and still working on food sensitivities? Also I noticed when you refer to depression you are still owning the symptom referring to it as “my”. Just keep that in mind! Hope all is well!

She gives you the big picture, that's all you need. You don't go to a restaurant and say gimme a bite of your burger before I buy it. Also, if you spend the money.. you will be more likely to do the HARD WORK it will take. Otherwise you can just poo-poo it, tell the world that it didn't work for you, because you got the details but then weren't willing to do the work. Sarah's info here is very valuable.
