great, thanks. I have a question. For some of the solicitations that I bid, I have to ship items to the US base abroad. VSM generated a shipping label, I used it but the package was returned to me due to no sufficient address. Now when I see the shipping destination - the base, I message that base post office and they give me a different address. Have you ever had that kind of situation and what did you do? I am joining your group as we speak.

@@rozbickad full transparency, that’s never happened to me. I had a client in a similar position and he called the VSM help desk and they got him sorted
