200g cream cheese
40g sugar
50g non-sugar yogurt

■White wine jelly

12g sugar
50g white wine

I made this for my birthday and it was totally divine! For anyone that wants to make this, I would recommend using a bit more gelatin than originally written in the recipe

I agree, but I also see the good side of eating it alone. You could just take in the silence of the house and look outside and watch the world go by while eating your little snack or baked good you made for yourself. Solitude is a good thing in most cases.

it's weird how american baking is so..... over the top (all about the biggest and most creative) and these are so simple, sophisticated, beautiful. more like an art.
I made this and it turned out really good but i recommend making sure your ingredients are not straight out of the fridge and do not add any gelatin other than for the white wine jelly. Also make sure you use a handmixer to make everything easier.
Very cute! A base of sponge cake can be a solution for more stability..or biscuits and butter mix. Anyway, I admire you!

IDEA: I think you can also use sour cream instead of yogurt even yogurt it is great too (I love this cake sour cream is what we use in my country....or the pastry shop I use to get it)...I will try it with yogurt. Thanks again.
