I made this for my birthday and it was totally divine! For anyone that wants to make this, I would recommend using a bit more gelatin than originally written in the recipe

These videos are very calming and the recipes look delicious. I think the choice of being silent with no music playing in loup or voice over, with the combination of soft moves and cold bright lighting gives them a unique and relaxing style.

I agree, but I also see the good side of eating it alone. You could just take in the silence of the house and look outside and watch the world go by while eating your little snack or baked good you made for yourself. Solitude is a good thing in most cases.
I love your recipes. Can you please make a video on your cookware collections and where did you get those from, especially these white cookware collections. That'll be very helpful. They look very eligant, peaceful and motivating and indeed satisfying.
I made this and it turned out really good but i recommend making sure your ingredients are not straight out of the fridge and do not add any gelatin other than for the white wine jelly. Also make sure you use a handmixer to make everything easier.
Very cute! A base of sponge cake can be a solution for more stability..or biscuits and butter mix. Anyway, I admire you! You're very patient and creative. And you give me a lot of new ideas for my pastry shop. Tnx from Italy
