Extremely informative presentation. I have high mcv , homocysteine, mma, and positive intrinsic factor . They have told me that i dont have pernious anemia and refuse to prescribe b12 injectable .My health is deteriorating every day.

Thank you very much doctor. I have celiac disease and I developed during my childhood Ataxia with bilateral babinski and hofmann sign. I have the mthfr mutation but unfortunately doctors never give a damn .... Also had hyperhomocistinuria, with high mcv and mch but due to my normal hemoglobin they never cared. I just know that my b12 have been around 280 the lowest and 700 when aI began the gf diet and back then my folate were 0,8. Also have gastroparesis, incontinent splinther, hypothyroidism, bile acid malabsortion with ibs ( colonscopy next week) 😢😢😢
hello can i increase my mcv cause i have thalassemia trait my mcv under 60% this is destroy my life because low mcv mean high red blood cell count due to imbalance of blood volume there any trick to increase mcv little bit i.m not talk about vitamins or minerals any drugs or whatever thanks i.m looking some ways how to fix this problem
