Your midi guitar playing is very good. However, my English is very weak, so I have difficulty understanding when I watch tutorial videos explained in a foreign language. I would like to ask if you have any plans to sell midi files or project files for money! You can also run a paid RUclips membership. Have a nice day!
I don’t know what’s up with original, but what i do recommend is when you are writing lead is try to make some of the notes palm mutes, since real guitarist cannot play everything perfectly, as well as randomising the positions of notes a bit, so they are not all on the grid. Though, if you tried to make guitar like a second synth here, it’s the different story.
There is a synth layered over the leads like in the original and their playing is also extremely robotic. I 100% agree with you on shreddage though. Even though if I played this or got a DI, I wouldn't want there to be any accidental mutes in my sweeping, it sounds better on the midi guitar for sure. For this I just programmed the guitar to play the sweeps how they're played. I haven't done an A/B yet but setting shredage to sweep and then placing the hand position where you want might sound better than forcing strings. Moving the notes a little off the grid is also good too. If this were an original track, I'd absolutely be doing all of that to get a little more life out of shreddage. I'm actually just learning how to sweep pick and program sweep picking at the same time hahaha. I've always been more of a rhythm player.
I can tell you the plugins I'm using but I don't take on clients. I also can't give you the secrets to my tones because I'd like my mixes to remain as my unique sound. The guitar is shreddage hydra and I'm just using the DI. The amp sim is Toneforge Misha with custom cab impulses and then EQed outside of the plugin. I use a multi band compressor on the low end to tame chugs and the on the 4khz area to calm down the high end without scooping it out. For my bass tone it's actually just podfarm 2 with more custom cab impulse responses. To be honest, most of my guitar tone comes from the bass. The guitar by itself sounds thin and fuzzy.
@@Mr3l3ctr0-0 that's so odd. I had picked it up a while ago and I thought it was pretty cool. I honestly haven't had much experience with other toneforge amps. Other amp sims that do have presets I'd recommend would be archetype nolly. Clairvoyant amp suite from the modern metal song writer. If I wasn't using toneforge Misha, I'd move onto one of those.

Hi, can you help me make my guitar sound like yours? I need a tutorial what plugins and guitar impulses you use and settings - I will pay you for it.

@@HollowHeart-Studio thank you! Btw, I see that Toneforge Misha is no longer available on the toneforge site...
Will Toneforge® Disruptor™ work?
