As soon as you cold called I wrote down pretty much word for word exaclty what you said. I rang 4 different businesses straight after, and the reception I had was unlike any cold call before. People were much obliged to hear what I had to say, and because it was so relaxed, it felt like I was coming across as a friend rather than a 'salesman'. I love the narrative behind the "pain" and "deserving" factor. Great way to explain the principle. Countless times I have come across the idea and the practice of semen retention and the incredible benefits it has at a mental/ cognitive level. I can image how painful (Im sure you can too) it will be to refrain from sexual activity especially when in a great relationship where intimacy is important.
I know I personally need to suffer the pain of foregoing the act with my partner in order for the Universe to see me deserving!! In essence, everyone has an evil or vile habit they must overcome in the eyes of the Universe. Be it smoking, gambling, drinking, clubbing etc etc (you know yours) we each have a price to pay and its normally something you love and enjoy the most. Thats the currency you use to buy success. Pain!
It’s all about holding yourself accountable, I love it. I’ve always felt powerful and confident when I solely operate on an internal locus of control
After starting an agency and just now releasing it after a lot of work and overall studying and applying to be able to provide value, now I understand why you preach so much not only to be successful in business, but instead to be successful in most to all areas of life - they all tie together regardless of what categories they are in, kind of like a chain that can be lifted a bit by one link but not enough. And of course, I'm not saying that at times you shouldn't lift a link to the skies by focusing on one task like business, after all that is necessary in order to progress and further elevate the chain.
Your content has helped me tremendously to actually making something right and also understanding how to operate it right, I'll keep to my biz till it actually generates value and even if it doesn't generate much, since you are right - we need to give value, correctly, in order to receive value, everything is already proven.

It's funny, I did that double up thing before he even mentioned it. When he said to do a 1 min plank, I got to it right away then realized there was no resistance cause it was something I KNEW I could do without breaking a sweat so while that timer was running and I got to 45s glad I was about to be done I just said "do it for 5". Couldn't actually do it for 5 though.

Hi Charlie, If I am looking to start a SMMA in the gym niche, do I need to make a website for them too? I'm guessing that you need to sell a training service to the person instead of just becoming a member. Not all of these smaller gyms even have a website. Thoughts on this? Or is it a matter of just getting them leads and then they do whatever they want with them? Hope my question makes sense but from what I can see the the ads with the help of fb pixel on a website would allow to quantify a purchase being made especially if its a training service which can be more than just a 100 bucks for a membership. What do you think about this?

Charlie, I am stuck in the medspa niche. The owners just don't pick up the phone, the ratio is like 1 in 40 that do pick up sometimes. Is it the same with every niche. What should I do? Is it time to change the niche? I know you said a niche can't be saturated, but I literally can't even practice speaking to the owners, I feel like I have no progress. Same thing with emails.
