So definitely learned a huge lesson from this video that I'm going to start applying to my own business starting tomorrow. I own a window cleaning business, I do the work physically, but I also make the calls, do emails and do sales, I would say I have a huge amount to learn and a very long way to go before financial freedom. I want to learn the lead generation myself, as I have a company who do it for me included in my retainer for managing my website, but they aren't very good, I can see all of the pitfalls where they are making mistakes in the ad sets, it costs me nothing, other than the price of the ads, but it is costing me in lost sales

In my experience the hardest part about grinding is not doing the stuff you don’t like, it’s more convincing yourself to start doing it and keep going until your bit*h voice shuts off for the day. A part from this video, what is one tip you could give someone young who is grinding for the success that they want?

I'm currently in the beginning stages of my journey as a 20 year old who decided not to go to university as I want to pursue entrepreneurship. Currently working a job and starting/building my agency. I'm going through a phase in life atm that I call 'being lost but still walking' and it's painful and scary but i know ill make it somehow. The inner voice in my head that is telling me to dropout is getting louder and louder every single day. But the mind isn't convinced about the entrepreneur/agency owner option yet. My question is how did you convince yourself to dropout without having the certainty of immediate income source?
Hey Regi, I’ll chime in if you don’t mind. I just turned 19 and I was also in an internship position about two months ago. There is nothing a made up mind cannot accomplish when it’s accompanied by discipline. I saved some money up, I joined a course and have been implementing consistently. I basically threw myself in the deep end and have no other alternative besides making this thing work. Your circumstances are obviously different but why not double down on yourself? If living a life of minimal regrets is one thing you’re going after, who knows what’ll happen if you trust your gut and do the hard work everyday until you make it work. What if it turns out better than you can imagine… You’ll never know until you take the leap.
My biggest fear/doubt is that I'm from Estonia and our population is 1.3M meaning there is literally no market here. For example, we probably have like 50 gyms over the whole country. So the only option is to choose a different market, let's say Australis and my doubt is that since English isn't my 1st language, I will have even harder time with this.
I recently started studying and I really doubt if that was the right choice for me. University really doesn’t come up to my expectations and I think I’m going to drop out. Therefore I’m already thinking about what to do instead, I guess I’ll build my own agency too. If you would start over from the beginning, how would you acquire the skills like sales & marketing for your business? (Can you give recommendations; courses, books, etc?) bro why care? I get that it's scary and uncomfortable especially to be denied and hung up on, but at the essence you're not doing a vice. Thousands (probably tens of thousands) of people are doing it and you're probably not the worst agency (or soon to be agency) out there. So just go for it man. You can do it! (Also it's kinda the only way and a good way to face your fears, which will help you in the future probably)

bro why care? I get that it's scary and uncomfortable especially to be denied and hung up on, but at the essence you're not doing a vice. Thousands (probably tens of thousands) of people are doing it and you're probably not the worst agency (or soon to be agency) out there. So just go for it man. You can do it! (Also it's kinda the only way and a good way to face your fears, which will help you in the future probably)

I do not understand how you got so many calls done in the time you had. I find myself making only about 30-40 cold calls an hour.
