She’s playing basic notes on the guitar and is completely controlling the direction of the feel with her voice. Mixing major and minor. This is absolutely spectacular from both of them. Unreal.
that vocal control is absolutely out of this world!
Discovered this through Michael Palmisano's video review. His enthusiasm and appreciation were palpable. After listening to this, it makes absolute sense. This is magnificent!
I've now watched this 84 times.
also hats off to the sound engineers on this, it is GORGEOUS to listen to. a top drawer record of how that room sounded. best 58 I've ever heard! and the detail on Lisa's vocal and well, everything is absolutely stellar. killer mic placement, killer processing, killer mix. all of course backed by a killer performance which makes life a little easier.
They look like they both wrote the same song and are amazed that someone is singing it along with them so well. Amazing energy.
Bottle it up and ship it out because this may very well be the cure!
The backing singer is devine.
Loah's accompaniment is a sheer delight.
Lisa Hannigans music usually makes me cry like a baby, but this one makes me want to move every part of my body while crying like a baby.
We were so lucky to have watched this at its first airing.
I honestly don't think I have ever watched two people more in love with their craft than these two amazing artists!
The way they look at eachother, they love what they're making
My diamond~ 💙💧💎
their clumsy and happy laughter at the end. Why can't we all be so soft, human, beautiful.
A voice that transcends through the epochs of time long gone. I'm lost in a gaelic past huddled round a campfire drinking warm goats milk, a light breeze in a balmy September evening caresses my furrowed brow. The bread crusty, the broth flavoursome, the future blissfully unknown.
That "aww" between the two of them at the end is so wholesome
When she does that "Irish break" in her voice, my knees go weak.
This is as intimate as social distancing gets. Beautiful.
