I am happy that true artists, like her, still exist in the 21st century.

    A Sail
    Lisa Hannigan
It's long gone that I carry on from December
It is no matter, if you remember
Mold, paper, bad wine, and too much bedside whiskey
I will roll my heart up
I will roll my heart up in my sleeve
    Now it is your line
I know that I wrote it
And if you tell a lie
    Well, no one will notice
    And of you and I
    Well, I was the loudest
    While you stayed quiet
    We were surrounded
It's long gone that I carry on from the winter
    I asked you upstairs
Until we tangled in my hair
You were never one for chronic chattering
    Your heartbeat pale
    While I flew my colors
I flew my colors like a sail
    Now it is your line
I know that I wrote it
And if you tell a lie
    Well, no one will notice
    And of you and I
    Well, I was the loudest
    While you stayed quiet
    We were surrounded
I will roll my heart up
I will roll my heart up
I will roll my heart up
I will roll my heart up

Best Lisa Song IMO. Followed by "Lille" .... Closing my eyes and I'm captured by her epic voice

I honestly feel like she noticed how insanely popular and successful We the Drowned has been, and the tone of singing she had in that song... and now she's applying it to other songs... and I freaking love it. At Swim is by FAR her best album, and she just keeps getting better and better... I love how she's singing these days. I love this darker, heavier tone over the lighter tone she used to sing with. And I'm so impatient for a new Lisa album, though I'm pretty in love with the live album

Me fascina, me encanta la canción. Sin embargo, me da la sensación de que es una contestación a "I remember". Sin ánimo de joder.

Nice, new rendering of one of her older songs. Drums are too loud.

You're letting your eyes deceive your ears. I think they've got a perfect balance. The sound engineers on Other Voices are top notch.
