Pretty sure that was a soft aim bot 1:48 and 1:59 look very weird and the never using ult thing is weird considering it gives headshots + free hits + instant reload + easy long range kills. High elo soldier players still use it. A low elo cheater would probably not use it, on the other hand.

@@AhPook its ok when ana can hard cc anyone from across the map for 4 seconds, on cooldown no less! but when brig does it at close range in ult, maybe twice at a time if you time it right, for less than a second, its broken and needs nerfed. makes sense
small thing I wanna point out, people were most likely gaslighting that Brig isn;t as good mainly cause a lot of OW1 veterans were saying she's gonna be broken like in OW1 when she came out and is gonna kill the game

10:50 grip is for saving from ults, pull a tank when he’s not already dead and they’ll throw 100% of the time
I swear the only time you get flamed for not using grip is when they run up to the enemy spawn and expect you to phase them through a wall.

Had a lifeweaver use at least 6 lifegrips on me (moira) as if my 2 tanks didn’t need them. I kept telling him to stop because he was wasting a 20 second CD when I still had fade or orb to get me out of situations and sometimes would lifegrip me 5 feet away from him. Maybe I did los one of them but bruh 6 times is just throwing

When it comes to tracking cooldowns especially with Junkrat traps
Issue is its 10 seconds but only from when he puts it down, so unless you see them put it down or know the time between when it wasn't and now is there, you can't really track that cooldown.
Most of the time I trap a ball, I already have another trap ready to place.
To be perfectly fair, Brig is only played because there's no other hero that can deal with Dive, and with Ana being as broken as she is and Tracer having her permanent meta status, Brig is kind of required, whether or not her ult was changed.
I'm not saying the ult change is bad. I'm saying that Brig isn't broken, she's just an actual anti-Dive character now.
She was already used so she didn't need the buff. She's a good anti dive, but she shouldn't be the entire answer to dives.

Zaryas good to copy as well! 300 hp isnt really that mich lower than zaryas base hp. Bubble and hold w for ult and then you can still combo grav with the other tank ults which is a very powerful. Grav shatter or grav minefeild, etc.
Against the right teams, I think she is really good to copy.
Eh, kinda bad on this patch. With slower ult building in clone it makes it difficult to quickly build up zarya charge and still have enough time to build her ult. I would just stick with more reliable damage like reaper or soldier.

@@breezybuster2174 they nerfed the buildup so people weren't getting 2 ults. You can still easily build ults on clone if you're playing it right. People were getting like 2-3 pulse bombs on tracer clone that's the issue
And zarya is reliable damage. The only issue really is that you have to time it well to be able to actually get charged up immediately so you're doing more damage. So I'll definitely concede that there's not as many transferable skills to playing echo. So copying DPS definitely makes sense as they're probably much easier to transfer your playstyle into. Supports can be really good to copy too, there's so many good support ultimates
the brig pickrate in that tiktok wasnt doubled to account for the fact that there are two supports. so that chart is actually showing a 51 percent pickrate in the main support slot. meaning if its 45 percent now it went DOWN over time, not up. not saying she's not broken. but her pickrate ISN'T climbing according to those stats

To be fair brig has always been the top main support pick in Winston DIVE metas (Winston rush metas are a different thing), it wouldn't surprise me if the stats were similar even without the change
8:22 discord orb technically only makes 20% of the hp go poof (160 damage ×1.25 discord orb =200, 160/200= 80%) still broken though
You also need to factor in that it also reduces all health you replenish by 20%, which is even worse than if it was simply a 25% health reduction.

@mitchhamilton64 if you had seen or cared to look at his stuff,He was actually very against the major buffs he got in S2 since they weren't addressing dooms problems correctly. Now we have him the way he is rn where a majority of people with brains won't attack his block or have enough time to stop which makes it pretty pointless sometimes.
Anyway,if you're having trouble with doom still then that's just a skill issue on your part. There's plenty of counters.

As a gold Support main I can say that at least in my ranked games, I can go weaver and it is pretty easy to bully the enemies because I heal bot for a while, then I shoot my Recoil-less Needler LMG, and once I get low, I use dash, keep fighting and healing, if they push too hard or I get low again, I use pedal and its like showing a monkey a magic trick, I go above them and stand in the middle of my pedal for a few seconds and they forget I exist. Then I almost always get at least one of their DPS, then I use dash to get away, and by that time I only got like 2-3 seconds before I can use another pedal, so I pedal again and use my dash to leave. Yesterday I was playing weaver and did that strat and ended up with a solid amount of damage, more heals than our Mercy, and had like 13 deaths prevented from lifegrip. Plus tree is IMO one of the best healing ults in the game (only refering to ults that strictly heal such as Mercy, Zen and Lucio kinda)

Zen isn't OP really, Discord Orb just sucks. It's a shitty ability that's not fun to play against. Outside of Discord Orb people love Zen, even flats says that, but being discorded for 90% of the game is terrible
@@nyxislost553 I’ll take being discorded all game over a mercy pocket. At least I can deal with zen swiftly with Zarya, monkey even JQ and hog…even D’va can jump him. What can you do against something like pharmacy? Nothing as a tank, best you can do as support is go mercy too and hope your dps are good.

She has a high pick rate bc Dive is very potent in a coordinated team environment. We should stop comparing the live service game to the OWL where the players are the cream of the crop. It's like saying 3pt in basketball are OP but you only base it off of Steph Curry and every other NBA player. Brig has one very important role that counters coordination and that is protecting the main healer. She also auto heals by point and clicking or just existing too, so it doesn't take much mechanical skill to heal with her either.

Tanks feed a lot in the lower ranks, I've killed many myself, and I've lost many games when mine feeds.
This is probably one of the many reasons why lifeweaver has a higher win rate in the lower ranks because higher ranked tanks don't feed as much. Thus, one of his moves is almost useless

With the Echo tip, I feel like Ana and Kiriko can work _situationally_. If you copy Ana, you still shouldn't be off on the frontline or anything, and if you're behind your tank when they're taking small amounts of poke and blocking your sightline of the enemy, Nano can be tough to build. Kiriko has a similar issue in that her healing is more reliable than her damage, but that healing isn't always going to be required, nor is Rush an easy ult to build. Might sound weird, but I'd argue that Zen, Bap, and Mercy are probably the best supports to copy, seeing as even without their ults, Discord, Lamp, and Rez are incredibly powerful, along with the damage/damage boost they can provide.
Ive been playing solider more lately and although yes, i try to shoot the supports and dps more, the tanks are always coming at me and idk where my tank(s) are.

I main tank and dps and my friend mains dps and support, he's been playing lifeweaver and we've actually been rolling and he has the most clutch life grips
3:42 yeah tbh, if you're going against a sombra, it's best to just always assume she's gonna be able to hack you. Do your best to land those first couple of bullets on her so she can't hack you. Trying to guess when she'll have hack or not isn't worth your mental resources.
His winrate on lifeweaver is high because he isn't playing tiktok moira anymore and hard feeding the enemy team. Instead his team is now carrying his ass

Discord orb's 25% damage increase is not equivalent to removing 25% of someone's health. It's equivalent to dividing their health by 1.25, which is the same as multiplying by 0.8. This means 200HP becomes 160HP and Roadhog's 700HP becomes 560HP.

As a Main Support player, I like that Brig is better because it means that I can play more than just Lucio on every single map with my scrim team. I still like Lucio more overall, but sometimes not being in Lucio jail is nice.
with Lifeviewer on the team I won 2!! games (should I write how many lost? all the rest ~_~ 20+ probably): in one we pushed them hard on the bot (3 fights happened on their spawn), and in the second he did not touch the tank as much as possible, and put DPS on the platform in the air, and since both were hitscans - enemies fell apart. It was plat1 - diamond4-5 games
10:07 im also in low rank and while id never swap to L-L-L-LIFEWEAVER!!! it is very annoying when the tank overextends hard and i have to use my movement ability to get to them (i usually play kiri or bap so its not that bad) and they either die a miserable death or i save their ass. Then sometimes when the round ends theyll even come up to me and spam "i need healing" like BROTHA, IVE BEEN HEALING 80% OF THIS MATCH BECAUSE YOU WONT PLAY COVER AND WONT RESTRAIN YOURSELF FROM OVEREXTENDING!

to the people arguing that their games are getting thrown by bad Tank players overextending or Support players throwing, need you be reminded that OW is a team game, meaning everyone has impact, and if one player isn't having that impact, compared to the other team with 5 players having impact, you'll be at a disadvantage. Holy shit the amount of times my whole team farms the enemy orisa for dmg stats while she's being double pocketed and running everyone on the team down, meanwhile complaining that I have low damage because I'm trying to hit anything BUT the orisa while screaming "TANK DIFF" is single handedly making me want to quit this game.

Alright, someone said "discord orb", time to retype my solution to it yet again. Basically, i think that if discord orb stays on a target its effectiveness should decrease over time until it's moved off and *stays* off for a few seconds, forcing you to keep switching targets to get maximum value. That way tanks can exist in a fight that has a zen and zen players get to feel the absolute rush you get from constantly tossing discord at different targets
