It's crazy watching Jules and Jack fanboy over their heroes, I had a massive grin on my face the entire time they were talking about it. Jules was a massive inspiration for me starting guitar and still now, I hope someday somehow I will meet him even if I don't get that amazing time with him like Jules got with John Pretrucci

I met Jules in April of 2019 and fangirled equally as hard I can confirm Jules was humble and extremely sweet

I've met JP quite few times and had a chance to sit down with him back stage during some of the DT fanclub aftershows, and everything you said about him being the most humble guitar player is 1000% correct, the dude is so down to earth and humble. After the DT show at the tower theater in philly the whole band showed up and hung out with a group of 5 of us for about an hour after the show. Absolutely amazing experience!

It's hard to convey the feeling of staying calm while internally wigging the absolute FUCK out because people usually sound disinterested when that happens.
I had a similar experience in 2017, I went to a DT show with my guitar teacher, my friend and my mom , the concert ends, best concert (images and words anniversary). Then my teacher walked towards an unknown guy that looking towards us said to him: “are they your friends?” And...well...gave us backstage ticket. Unbelievable. And while all the people walked away We were walking behind the stage. Than We meet the whole band members. I was there just watching and taking photos, nothing else. It was too much 😂 My god is unbelievable that it happened. I really understand how you feel, congratulations! 😁👌🏼
