I have recently bought hp elite x2 1012 g2, core i7, 16 gb ram, 1 tb ssd. Great machine. I love it. I have used 1012 g1 before this. I am a teacher by profession, so that stylus is very helpful and works well.
@@mrboleus8240 though I have sold it now, since someone gifted me a surface pro. But the stylus was quite goon in responsiveness, but the batteries should be strong for that. to be noted, there are two types of batteries in stylus only.
I have this 2 in 1 tablet and my biggest issue with it is that even though it charges via USB-C you can't use any USB-C charger such as your phone charger, you have to use a 45W charger. Also the charging brick is a similar size to regular laptops. This is kind of defeating the mobility aspect of this device😓😫😨. Otherwise it's a great laptop!!😄😃😀😊
The OC was posted on a video about an ultraportable windows tablet hybrid, and it stated that the author was also considering the MBP. How the **** did you come to the conclusion that he would be interested in a stationary 20kg hunk of metal?
Popping off the screen isn't something that can be done easily with a.....(this is a bad thing so we won't mention ipad for a change).....Microsoft Suface. And it sounds real professional when you add your own opinion to a device review. /S
These "hybrids" are such fails as laptops. I had the SP3 and just could not make it work on the lap, where it is supposed to excel at. I doubt anyone buys these as laptops. I then ask why you would buy it as a tablet? Windows sucks as a tablet, from no apps to poor optimisation and terrible scaling. So maybe consumers buy it for the pen support? I doubt it, as the ipad Pro would be a better bet. So I can only assume Windows fans are use to half cocked solutions and are happy for a poor tablet experience, compromised laptop usage and second best pen use, just so they can say they have an all in one? IMHO it would be better to buy the best laptop experience and then buy the best tablet to complement it. Yes it may add up to a bit more, but surely worth it for the far greater user experience. I fail to get this hybrid fad and I suspect its just Windows fans bored of the lacklustre Windows upgrades that want to get something different despite the compromises. This is yet another hybrid that just seems another in the long line of misses..
was it just me or was it painful to watch it fall?
the model u demonstrated here is with 4G? Thanks.
Should I get elite x2 or envy x2
I know the envy x2 is old but I need something portable please help

Damn that drop was dramatic, totally skipped a heartbeat!
i will wait for gen 2 or 3, concept is great though.
and 8 years later the x2 is going strong!
Im just waiting for the new Macbook pro to be revealed this fall before I make a decision , but this looks pretty good
with that amount spent on a Mac book you could instead build a good pc
+2SidedTech "good pc?" What is this mythical apparatus you speak of?

It's less of a tablet-laptop hybrid and more of a media pad-laptop hybrid.
