@@MovementProjectPT As far as I know. Its because there isnt a flow. I dont mind that. But if you look at most popular educational / information / science there is a "progression" across the video of some form. I think the benefit being that leads people to not feeling like they have "reached the end" and can click off now. In these videos there are many places mid video were you feel like you "reached the end" of something. But that's just my guess.
@@MovementProjectPT You probly wanna aim for 8 min videos or less... but here is an example of a video that is segmented topic wise, yet feels like its part of a progression, and you dont "feel" ends of segments as much. Because people click off when they "feel" ends of segments. And I think when they do that it kills youtube recommendation rate: ruclips.net/video/3d8b_ohlcdk/видео.html Explaination of parts in my opinion: -- Theres the starting segment that gives the watcher interest in the other parts of the video (like 1:53 seconds long) -- Then it flows into making it and explaining making it but it flow into it in a way that you dont feel as a segment really ending much. (ends at like 13:07) -- Then at 13:07 it goes back and talks more about what makes this interesting... but it does so in a way that you dont see this new segment coming... so you never felt like you got "to the end of a segment, I can just click off". Part of that segment includes some continuation of what was talked about at the very start (what the original company did) which I think is good for people feeling satisfied on having a conclusion to some of the things that they were shown were interesting at the start. (ends at like 17:07) -- Then after 17:07 there is a clear to the watcher cut off segment (start of the tasting segment), but its started in a decently agressively quick way to keep you there. And the premise was already shown earlier multiple times, even the video feed they were watching was it, so the watcher feels more normal staying and listening to the next segment since they knew it was happening a while ago. And also its the last tiny bit of the video so its probly ok if they click off. As an example.. I watched 95% of the length of your videos, and a few of them... and now youtube recomends them to me and will do so unless I stop clicking on them for a while. But if I watch a video only half way and click off. I normally dont see that channel again.
I saw something about the systemic benefits of bfr, even bdnf and igf, brain benefits etc. Also saw someone cover a study where people bench pressing with bfr had bigger size gains than those without bfr - not just in triceps but in pecs, which was a surprise. Seems it’s just overall helpful, that any activity would be more beneficial if done with bfr, and that even when doing upper body I could go ahead and wear on both arms and legs. Finally I wonder about a band around the waist just below the ribs. I saw that somewhere, i think an image on amazon, but cant find it. Any thoughts, esp about this last comment? (Oh didnt see the end, you do mention systemic. Still wonder about waist
Thanks for the comment! Given the precedent of systemic benefit from the arm and leg cuffs, trying to tap into additional benefit by restricting abdominal blood flow seems unnecessary. More importantly, the main blood vessel that you would restrict is the inferior vena cava. This is the last collecting vein before the heart and it is extremely deep. I doubt you would be able to restrict and your heart wouldn’t be very happy if you did 😉
I don't know why this channel is not growing as it is one of the most detailed informative channel
Thanks for the kind words! I'm open to suggestions. Maybe I need more fireworks, smoke, and mirrors :)

@@Dogo.R This is helpful, constructive advice. Could you be more specific about a particular video? I’d love to hear your thoughts

@@MovementProjectPT Thanks for replying, and the info. (And the video 🙂)
Hi man! I'm between the Recoverfun vs the smartcuffs? What is your opinion?
Thank you
I haven’t personally used smart cuffs so can’t give a clear answer. My
Recover fun cuffs are still going strong if that helps!
