Thank you for being a typical family with normal expectations. I'm so over the 20 year old you tubers getting these 5000 grand a night over water villas for free! Definitely a 5 year Anniversary Wish List!
Get an airline affiliated credit card. Use it to pay all of your expenses. Pay it off at the end of the month to avoid getting hit with interest. Do this for a year then use the points to book the flight.
They should give you a free week because so many people will do this because you posted this. Beautiful and my dream vacation now. Thanks so much Melea.
Thank you so much for this video I can not even describe to you how helpful it was! I am trying to plan a trip here and now i know exactly how to go about it!
You should have 3 million subscribers because your videos are absolutely priceless! I look forward to them every week. Very helpful & excellent editing/production 🤗 BTW, that bungalow is amazing!!!
Absolutely Ahhhmazing vacay tips! Thanks for sharing! Loved the tree with the kiddos & hubby swinging from it, & the volcano, ohh mmm gee! Gorgeous! Your daughter's eyelashes are unbelievable! I'm so jealous! Your family is beautiful!
nice short informational, thanks for the video & kudos to vloggers like yourself that take the time to do so.. hope you enjoyed! im an airline employee so will be sharing this vid to our fb page :)
OMGoodness- free kids flights! CRAZY!! ✈️ Wait- FREE amenities AND free food for the kids! AND FREE breakfast for everyone! 🍴 May have to add this to the potential vaycay list. Thanks for sharing! I’ve swam with stingrays before. It was right before Steve Irwin died from doing so- so, nope, not for me ever again. ☹️ God Bless! 😇
Did you stay in the overwater bungalow most nights and then stay in the regular bungalow when you were waiting for your flight home? Or did you do that to save money? Sorry it was a little confusing!
Great tips! I had no idea about the great kids fly free/eat free deals!! We stayed without our kids at the moorea Hilton and LOVED it too! You should add in the trip to Bora Bora next time! Highly recommend staying at the Four Seasons when they have the fourth night free deal- it's totally worth it!
Hello Melea ! I'm a local from Tahiti ! Sounds like you had a great time over there. I am so happy you enjoy your trip ! I just wanted to "correct" something about the names that you used. So our territory is called French Polynesia. The main island is Tahiti, and the capital city is Papeete. Other than that, great video ! Thank you for sharing your point of view !
Wow, Tahiti looks amazing, definitely a bucket list destination for me. Thanks for the awesome tips. I'm always wondering what eyeshadow your wearing though LOL
Couple of questions: 1) how bad are the bugs? 2) is a rental car a Necessity or Splurge? 3) I know you live near SLC. How do we get deals from SLC to LAX or NYC where these other deals can be found? 4) How do you save $$ on parking? It costs $10 a day in economy parking at the airport and $30-60 each way for uber. Can’t win! 5) are you loyal to one airline or hotel chain? It seems like that’s how people rack up points faster. I tend to just go with the best deal at the time. What’s the best? 6) how do you convince family who want you to spend all your money visiting them to just go on vacation?
1- NO BUGS! It's crazy! There were only a few mosquitos if you went up in the mountains. 2- Rental car is never a necessity in my opinion. If you like to go out and explore on your own, you will want one. If you are doing excursions, they will come pick you up at your hotel. 3- I would watch prices on those flights through Google Flights. Flights from SLC to LAX regularly go $80 each way or less! 4- There's no way around this unless you ask a friend to drop you off and promise her cookies or something. ;) 5- I'm not loyal. I typically go with the best deal. But I did go with Hilton because I wanted to use our free hotel nights we earned from this trip on other Hiltons. We have a lot of locations to choose from. 6- For us, we just told our family what we were doing and where we were going that year. We also see our family a lot and very regularly. We might feel differently if we lived far away. But we don't. Hope that all helps!
Great tips I love this, but..I got confused bc you were talking about Morea and then all sudden you are in Tahiti. So I had to do a little research to find out what you were talking about.
I am an LDS too and from Tahiti!!! Thanks for this video. You can actually take a boat to go to other islands around like Bora-Bora but it will take 2 days i think
Very interesting. No way will I pay that much for potato chips. I don't want to do without so much for all these places you visit. But thank you for sharing.
Great video and very helpful tips. If you guys like tropical destinations, i would highly recommend Samoa. Much cheaper than Tahiti, just as nice but lots more to do adventure wise. Great for families, very safe and friendly. American dollar is almost tripled there and food is crazy cheap. You'll get a much richer cultural experience there as much of the land is unspoiled. We put up a few videos on our channel from our trip last year if you want to check it out. Still have more videos from the same trip to edit though.
I know this video is 2 years ago but do u mind telling me how old ur kids are in these video I know weird question but I have a 1 year old and that's alot of things to do so wanna plan accordingly thanks in advance and I love ur vids!
Hi, do you have and idea what would it cost for two people and how much do you think we need to bring aside for excursion and fun things to do. Thank you in advance.
We are heading to Bora Bora, Tahiti and Moorea next month. How hard is it to rent a car in Tahiti and bring on the ferry to Moorea? Where did you get your car? Can we rent at the airport? Thank you!!
Fantastic Information, thank you. my wife and I are going this December for a week. Did you go to the local ATM or did you have the currency already? Thank you again
Hi. Great video! I am wondering how you were able to book one of Hilton Moorea's overwater bungalows for 4 occupants? Similar to you, I have 2 small children (6 & 8). I called the resort direct to book a reservation and they said they only allow 3 occupants in the overwater bungalows. Thank you!

Where do you get a outlet convertor? Where is the swing? Magic mountain?
How was the service at the Hilton? I know it’s been awhile but curious about Hilton vs Sofitel
