People that don't get it may be baffled or bored. To those that have a passion for these cars and appreciate what a work of art the MkIV is, this is magnificent ! Bravo! It is fascinating to feast one's eyes over all of the minute details and drink in the minutiae of every inch of the majestic machine. It's easy to forget the tremendous pressure the designers, fabricators and mechanics were under to get these cars built and make them win. With so little time, and so much to do, it is simply incredible how well thought out and superbly built the Ford GT40 cars were, the MkIV in particular. It went from concept to winning race car in even less time than its predecessors. It may not have the elegance and perfection of line that the Mk I and Mk II cars have, but it is sleek and sophisticated looking, like a fighter plane for the road. I don't get tired of looking at it. This blue is one of my all time favorites....if one had to pick one to symbolize the breed, I would choose this one: it actually looks "Ford blue".

This is brilliant! thanks for putting this slow pan video together. Too bad we lost the music half way I was enjoying the combo.
Why is the rpm gauge fliped on its side
So driver can easily see it when its in the range that they'll be shifting at.
