Doxxing a person in front of millions of people on the internet is absolutely not in the terms of services for whatever background search service Logan's team used.

I actually went back to check the court records system for the court where zach’s conviction was - johnson county, KS. the only charge that came up was a speeding ticket from 2009, unequivocally proving its been expunged.
As another comment pointed out too. An unpaid UNCONTRACTED dev pretty much has every right to not give you their code. I've seen this happen with other games in general and not getting a contract for both sides means that both sides are unprotected. Dev doesn't get paid = Logan doesn't get the code. If Logan had made a contract he probably would've had to pay and the dev would've had to give him the code. Even if things went sideways Logan could've kept the code depending on the contract made. It's extremely dumb to say the dev "stole the code" when there was 0 payment and 0 contracts which means the code belongs to the dev. No transaction occurred and no contracts were made which means the customer would've been the thief not the dev.

The scamming all came from the founders of CryptoZoo (Logan, Jeff, Eddie, and Jake). Jake buying up loads of tokens and selling them before the token was promoted to the public is the "scamming Logan behind his back" part. Then later both Eddie and Jake selling their tokens once the coin was publicly promoted to rug the project when Logan and Jeff both said not to sell was the second stabbing in the back. But again, not like that backstabbing holds any real meaning as far as Logan Paul's culpability is concerned. As Coffeezilla's reporting told us, CryptoZoo was setup from the very beginning to basically be a pump and dump. It's why they did the stealth launch in the first place and why they even had notes on how to manipulate the market once the coin was live. So Eddie and Jake essentially just beat Logan and Jeff to the punch on rugging the project.

Yeah, my dad used to work for the Justice Court here in my home town, and there were people who were given felonies for drugs, or domestic issues, and once they got "reformed" after a stent in Parchmen prison system, they would try to go before the judge to get their felonies either dropped in severity, or expunged. I actually went back to check the court records system for the court where zach’s conviction was - johnson county, KS. the only charge that came up was a speeding ticket from 2009, unequivocally proving its been expunged.

An unpaid UNCONTRACTED dev pretty much has every right to not give you their code. I've seen this happen with other games in general and not getting a contract for both sides means that both sides are unprotected.
Dev doesn't get paid = Logan doesn't get the code. If Logan had made a contract he probably would've had to pay and the dev would've had to give him the code. Even if things went sideways Logan could've kept the code depending on the contract made.
It's extremely dumb to say the dev "stole the code" when there was 0 payment and 0 contracts which means the code belongs to the dev. No transaction occurred and no contracts were made which means the customer would've been the thief not the dev.

The scamming all came from the founders of CryptoZoo (Logan, Jeff, Eddie, and Jake). Jake buying up loads of tokens and selling them before the token was promoted to the public is the "scamming Logan behind his back" part. Then later both Eddie and Jake selling their tokens once the coin was publicly promoted to rug the project when Logan and Jeff both said not to sell was the second stabbing in the back.
But again, not like that backstabbing holds any real meaning as far as Logan Paul's culpability is concerned. As Coffeezilla's reporting told us, CryptoZoo was setup from the very beginning to basically be a pump and dump. It's why they did the stealth launch in the first place and why they even had notes on how to manipulate the market once the coin was live. So Eddie and Jake essentially just beat Logan and Jeff to the punch on rugging the project.

Yeah, my dad used to work for the Justice Court here in my home town, and there were people who were given felonies for drugs, or domestic issues, and once they got "reformed" after a stent in Parchmen prison system, they would try to go before the judge to get their felonies either dropped in severity, or expunged. I wanna say it can take up to a year depending on how many cases a judge has. I think it all comes down to them in the end. The best way to put it is Zack put in WAY more work, and effort, to get his criminal record expunged than Logan Paul did to reform himself after the Japan apology video lmao!!
