My thoughts exactly. Each card is so vague because you're supposed to be able to interpret it in a way personal to you. The fact that she's claiming to get specific details is ridiculous. And even if she feels her intuition leads her to think of a certain detail, presenting it as fact is plain irresponsible. While watching whatever she's doing I can't help but remember why so many people have an odd/bad connotation of the practice
I heard she did delete some which were taunting Rebecca. Rebecca is suing her for 75K the maximum for defamation. Based on the fact that the tiktoks are still up, Ashley hasn't consulted a lawyer.
The fact that everyone associated with these terrible murders have been getting death threats and shit because everyone is a detective all of a sudden and then shit like this happens???? Ridiculous. I feel so bad for everyone involved. I hope this woman gets sued out the ass by the teacher and the ex.
No defamation is not a criminal offense so she will not be facing any jail time. it is strictly a civil dispute and she will loose because calling someone a murderer with no proof is the very definition of defamation.
You beat me to it, I just posted a comment saying the same thing. Honestly? Unless the families of the four victims have grounds to sue, I doubt it'll even make it to the courthouse. Generally speaking civil lawsuits are settled by attorneys. The only reason this would be brought in front of a judge is if one of the two parties disagreed with the settlement requirements. I hope Ashley is stupid enough to think she can manipulate a courthouse the way she can her tiktok viewers, Rebecca will receive far more in restitution.
@@jadesoto78 no, doxing is illegal in all states. It’s just that most people don’t understand what doxxing actually is. In order to dox someone you have to take private information of another person and make it public. Which is where people get confused because it’s different for every single person. If someone over shares on social media and puts their name, work, school, children’s schools, etc online then it’s not doxxing if someone else decides to talk about it. It is only doxxing if the information was never made public previously.. There was a perfect example of doxxing recently by a twitch streamer who received a $5 tip from someone who sent her a mean message on screen. So the streamer decided to go into PayPal (I believe) and read the guy’s full name, address, and I believe his phone number or email out to her entire chat on stream. She also did it with malicious intent. Im pretty sure she did it to someone else as well and that person had no identifying information anywhere online which is absolutely doxxing and very illegal no matter the state. I see this in every platform where people are genuinely confused on what doxxing actually is. You have to remember if the person put it online at any point in their life it’s ok to use. So if you have your full name, place of work, and how many kids you have on Facebook then you are consenting to strangers knowing all this info about you and therefore can’t claim you were doxxed. And when someone like this goes to file a police report claiming they were doxxed and the officer explains to them exactly what I explained to you it is interpreted as “I guess doxxing isn’t illegal in my state”. No, it very much is illegal but it’s just that the law is very specific so it doesn’t infringe on other’s right to free speech. I hope I explained this correctly 😅 I’m in the passenger seat while my husband is driving like an idiot so I may not have worded this as nicely as I intended to lol
@@maggiequinncloudif they find grounds to sue Ashley, I hope that the victims parents do sue her as well. I have only heard a few clips but stating that the victim was having an affair with her teacher was beyond the pale for me. She deserves to get sued and more in my book. I wish the would try to pursue criminal harassment against the this lady.
@@jadesoto78 Oh god, I had no idea Ashley went that far, this is the first video I've seen on her. In that case I believe there may be grounds for a criminal harassment case. Unfortunately those lines are blurred and on a state-by-state basis. Where I live, Rebecca could attempt to file at the VERY least civil harassment charges due to the sheer number of videos Ashley has uploaded, and depending on where the case is held/how many victim statements are entered into evidence, she may have grounds for a criminal harassment case. I haven't seen any of Ashley's videos, so I'm not sure how many times she mentioned victims and if it's enough to classify as harassment. Any good attorney would demand Rebecca's case be held separately from that of a victim's family, so I do worry a drawn out trial would traumatize the families more, as the second those allegations are brought before the court, Ashley's attorneys will do everything they can to prove it.
As a regular tarot user for things like daily meditation, I really appreciate your respect for the practice in general. How you criticized what she did with tarot, instead of tarot in general/gen
Ashley: “you see, she give the girl books on LGBTQ matters” Prosecutor: “that’s hear say your honor!” Ashley: “no it’s not my spirit guides-“ Judge: “can your spirit guides approach the bench?” Ashley: “what?” Judge: “then it’s hearsay!”
Libel (defamation) is no longer a criminal offense in the USA, so she won't get prison or jail time. The most that can happen is she'll be sued in civil court, and even then there needs to be proof that her defamatory claims caused pain and suffering (financial, mental, emotional, or physical) to Rebecca for there to be any monetary restitution. There's a GOOD chance this case won't even make it to court, lawyers will come to a settlement. It'll only go to court if one of the parties disagrees, hopefully Ashley is stupid enough to think she can manipulate a courtroom the way she did her tiktok followers. Considering they take income into consideration when dictating how much money a victim is owed, Rebecca would be entitled to a significant amount. At the very least, the income made from videos using her name and likeness, including restitution for pain and suffering.
Sadly people do this often. Often a bully that doesn’t like someone. Like a teacher and reports them for stuff they didn’t do or say , such as a teacher and their board goes after them where they have to prove that never happened.
I looked to see if her page was still up yesterday and it is for some reason. Dhe is still posting about this poor woman. The comments are bewilderingly positive. Like ppl actually believe this woman's tarot card readings over actual scientific evidence. Which, btw, is another reason all of these anti-science creators are so damaging to more than just people affected by covid. But, that's another rant. The point is when ppl support feelings over facts, we end up with this opportunist ruining a completely innocent stranger's life and it is deeply disturbing and infuriating.
Wait her story shifted…..she said Rebecca did it but now that the man got arrested she’s like oh she’s the mastermind and convinced him to? Wtf is her deal and she obviously doesn’t know how tarot works
it's like the more evidence that comes out to prove that she's wrong, the more she digs her heels in. i hope the lawsuit takes her for everything she's got.
The sad thing is how that's been the con for centuries. Gives spiritual people with similar practices a bad name but they want money so they don't care.
Just an update that Bryan Kohberger, a PhD student in criminology at the nearby Washington State University in Pullman, Washington, has been charged with four counts of murder and one count of felony burglary in connection with the students’ murders, he'll be appearing in court on the 12th
She is living proof as to why people who claim to be psychic need to stay out of legal cases. Stay to your carnivals, but stop getting involved in huge things, not just legal cases, but all forms of tragedy.
Thank you so much for staying respectful and kind when talking about real victims, like in this case! The whole story is horrible. I just hope so much this woman who so-called "psychic" - gonna get in jail for her disgusting lies.
I do use tarot cards. One of the dead giveaways that the practitioner has no clue what they are doing or that they are a scam artist is when they try to tell you the exact details of what a reading means. Proper usage of the cards is entirely dependent on your own subconscious and even in readings meant to give insight to the past or future nothing is ever concrete. The cards will only help you sort what information you already have or consider the possibilities of the path you are on, understanding no matter what it is your actions that decide your actual future. Using cards to declare someone guilty of a crime is just as if not worse than using cards to tell someone that they will die or that someone close to them will.
Anyone who does these types of things, and there are many, are deplorable! Capitalizing off of tragedies like this really show people's true character. This woman in particular is just out of her mind and the fact that she's still has the videos up after they've apprehended the ACTUAL killer shows how delusional she is. It's a sad state of affairs that people seem to do anything anymore for views, clicks and likes. Get off of social media and touch some grass, it's amazing what happens when you are actually grounded and balanced.
My country had hoaxers just recently accuse and doxxe some random dude that “ended” someone. I am from small country and it still feels sureal. This chick at least showed her face and she will be (hopefuly) punished. I can’t even think what these accuse people have to feel.
2:51 I use them and honestly I doubt any of us are going to take offence to you stating common sense. You aren’t being offensive in the slightest (as well as having different beliefs is not offensive). She really is being reckless, dangerous and seems rather detached from reality… I really hope the law gets involved to punish her for this. Anyone supporting her in this is equally as shocking and deplorable. On a positive note, still loving the purple lighting 💜
I’ve been called delusional in my life but THIS LADY?! She is 100% sure she’s going to win this lawsuit, GOD i wish i was a spectator in that courtroom. The judge will 100% chew her out because this is absolutely ridiculous. Someone’s thoughts and cards does not equate to actual evidence lol.
It’s defamation per se which isn’t just saying knowingly false things, but accusing someone of a crime and it’s almost a guaranteed win for the one being defamed.
I actually followed her on TikTok just to keep up with her posts & see how far she would go. Those posts didn't age well if I do say so myself & she hasn't posted recently cause she now feels dumb & knows they have TONS of info on her based off all her posts & if she continues to post she's just digging herself her grave..
She saw this awful and unfortunate tragedy, then thought she could get her 15 minutes of fame. Her actions are unacceptable and she needs to face the consequences of her actions.
I do hope the professor and the victim's grieving parents sue this TikToker to the ground for making this case to be some cringey fanfic. This is disrespectful as heck.
It felt like she was projecting her homophobia when she was making out like this woman was a predator and in an inappropriate relationship because of it being a gay one like if that was true it would be irrelevant and only the power imbalance would be significant? Idk
Not only was she falsely accusing someone of such a horrific crime, but HAD they have been true (which I know they're not this is just hypothetical), she would've been potentially outing people. Which is just another layer of messed up. I hope Rebecca takes her to court and she gets punished to the full extent to the law. Stuff like this isn't something to mess around with. Rebecca's life could've been ruined, or worse. Her future I suspect is being ordered to pay thousands if not millions for this, according to my tarot cards, of course.
I've NEVER heard a spiritualist be this specific ever! That's no shade because what I'm getting at is that she's literally telling a story, it's not a reading. In my opinion anyways, you'll know more obvs
Right, I enjoy watching some tarot readers on RUclips. All I could think during watching her TikToks was like… “so is this the tower card, or….” Trying to figure out where the hell she pulled this from 💀 straight up fan fic material
This is awful! Imagine being a totally private and innocent person and having a horrible online loser accuse you publicly of murdering four people…I hope the professor’s case goes well. This awful tiktoker needs to face repercussions for this.
I'm also on fire with excitement. 🍿😬 I am of course sorry for the families of the victims and the people she wrongly accused, but I have far too much schadenfreude to not watch a self inflicted trainwreck crash. Please keep us updated!
@@bodhiswayze1892 Schadenfreude? It's a German word, but I heard native English speakers using it too. Schadenfreude is the joy you feel over someone else's misfortune. E.g. when someone is an ashole to you, turns around and steps in dog poo 😬. But Schadenfreude doesn't need justification. You can be an ashole too, and just feel Schadenfreude over random people stepping in dog poo.
How come she didn’t see this lawsuit coming?….So if she had evidence about who did that to those people… wouldn’t that be withholding evidence from police which is illegal…
Wow, the lightheartedness she presents it all with really is the cherry on top of this rotten cake. She doesn’t care at all about the victims or who actually is behind the murders, she just wants to be right.
I was watching Critical's video about this, in which he reacted to Atozy's video and while he was talking about it, one of his ornaments or something fell over and made him jump and I about busted a gut laughing. It was such perfect timing. All jokes aside though, I can't believe some kind of legal action hasn't been taken to shut this horrible woman's channel down. She is messing seriously around with other people's lives and making a mockery of the pain the families are suffering over losing their loved ones. This is completely batcrap crazy!
I saw Atozy’s video on this and was absolutely disgusted by this woman and the more I fond out about her the more disgusted I am. The only people who would support this crap are children interested in the scandalous story she’s created and who like the drama of it all. She has no excuse though and is doing this only because she likes the drama and the attention and doesn’t care about what she is putting the families of the victims, and the people she accuses through. It’s sickening.
odd that the person shes describing sounds a lot like koeburger too lol he was like a student teacher who oversaw other students. Another thing, as a person who knows a little about how tarot works, this isn't it lol it can't tell you specific names, dates and times. tarot is about the big and little things that typically happen in peoples lives, its all just interpreting what the layout of the cards MIGHT mean... like how is she being so direct with answers? she can't be because its all speculative.
In the states this Tiktoker could def be sued for defamation. She defamed this teachers while life which could have cost this woman her job, etc. so it’s 109% defamatory worthy. Which is a civil suit not criminal but she could very easily get in that court room and be placed under oath and start spouting her BS and get charged with perjury
As someone that uses tarot cards and does spiritual things we do not claim her. I feel sorry for anyone who has suffered because of this person and I hope they can heal from this tragedy
This entire case really shines a light on so many of the batshit crazies in the true crime community. They think they are smarter than police, the FBI, forensic teams, etc. I feel so badly for all of the innocent people they accused and quite literally harassed.
She sounds very apathetic. She doesn't express any emotion. Like when she says "that's ridiculous to me", usually there are fluctuations in the voice or some kind of expression. She had some expression when she was acting after the lawsuit statement/ But she in her eyes looks cold, and disconnected. It is very unsettling that she needs attention so bad she will make accusations that can end someones life.
None of this is to even MENTION the notion that, now, other people will try to do the same thing in other big cases, more innocent people will get framed by "internet psychics" with absolutely no proof, more lives will be put in jeopardy and ruined because this one crazy b decided she wanted fame... she absolutely deserves to get sued off the face of the planet.
Psychics deserve as much reverence and credibility as beauty influencers. That’s how real it is. You aren’t divining the future you’re just a human trying to make a buck like the rest of us. Tryna base someone’s life and future off a deck of cards made by Milton Bradley. Girl bye. Pls don’t give these people your money
Maybe she’s hoping to become a witness for the defense because she can make an argument that someone else did it. But this is entire drek and it won’t get her anywhere
I hope the guy she accused brings a lawsuit against her as well. It doesn't surprise me that there are people who believe this Ashely person. Many people take tarot card readings very seriously
Rebecca will win this lawsuit easily. Defamation suits are won faster the more of a social nobody (anonymity) you are, and the malice Ashley proved herself by posting more videos after Rebecca was cleared.
As a psychic, she had to see that defamation lawsuit coming.
Lol! And the fact that she thinks she's gonna win, more proof she's not psychic!

What’s criminal is this woman doxxing and endangering the professor. THAT she can and likely will serve jail time for
You beat me to it, I just posted a comment saying the same thing.
This is disgusting. Also it’s really ridiculous that she thinks someone in education could pay anyone enough to murder someone.
Ashley: “you see, she give the girl books on LGBTQ matters”
Prosecutor: “that’s hear say your honor!”
Ashley: “no it’s not my spirit guides-“
Judge: “can your spirit guides approach the bench?”
Ashley: “what?”
Judge: “then it’s hearsay!”
That’s my thing. I like tarot cards, I like true crime too. But I’m not out here using them to accuse people of murder with no evidence 😰
Sadly people do this often. Often a bully that doesn’t like someone. Like a teacher and reports them for stuff they didn’t do or say , such as a teacher and their board goes after them where they have to prove that never happened.
I’m glad Rebecca is suing her. I hope she sues her for all the money this fraud has made from her claims and then some.
She is saying that Rebecca is mastermind and she made a boy( it's not Bryan) do it! She is literally blaming two innocent people.
it's like the more evidence that comes out to prove that she's wrong, the more she digs her heels in. i hope the lawsuit takes her for everything she's got.
The sad thing is I looked up the thing on tiktok and there is like other psychics doing the similar thing
How has her account not been removed from TikTok?! This is insane.
I'm curious what fool of a lawyer would even consider wanting to represent her in this case
Easy she wanted attention but now she has it she cant handle it .
She said it right there, her IDEAS! I thought the cards were solid proof, honey? That’s what you’ve been saying! 😂
"Ashley in the book of life"
More like in the book of shame.
It’s defamation per se which isn’t just saying knowingly false things, but accusing someone of a crime and it’s almost a guaranteed win for the one being defamed.
not her being excited to read to the court the fanfic she wrote
I actually followed her on TikTok just to keep up with her posts & see how far she would go. Those posts didn't age well if I do say so myself & she hasn't posted recently cause she now feels dumb & knows they have TONS of info on her based off all her posts & if she continues to post she's just digging herself her grave..
She saw this awful and unfortunate tragedy, then thought she could get her 15 minutes of fame. Her actions are unacceptable and she needs to face the consequences of her actions.
But what do the dorms have to do with the students. They didn’t live on campus, they lived in a five bedroom townhouse with cctv everywhere
On her website it says she was in the military for 4 years, pressure her for evidence or it’s another charge of stolen valor
I do hope the professor and the victim's grieving parents sue this TikToker to the ground for making this case to be some cringey fanfic. This is disrespectful as heck.
I wish this would go to trial and with live cameras simply because I’d love to see her trying to prove her claims
Its like she's writing her own true crime fan fic.
Us REAL Spiritualists aren't like this demon woman. We are here to better ourselves, our community.
I've NEVER heard a spiritualist be this specific ever! That's no shade because what I'm getting at is that she's literally telling a story, it's not a reading. In my opinion anyways, you'll know more obvs
FACTS!!! i’m disgusted at this. it gives us a bad rep
@@Cutie222222 Yeah it really does
I would like to get into tarot cards where would be a best place to learn how to use them?
Right, I enjoy watching some tarot readers on RUclips. All I could think during watching her TikToks was like… “so is this the tower card, or….” Trying to figure out where the hell she pulled this from 💀 straight up fan fic material
Anyone actually taking a random "psychic" woman on TikTok seriously has much deeper life problems ...
This is awful! Imagine being a totally private and innocent person and having a horrible online loser accuse you publicly of murdering four people…I hope the professor’s case goes well. This awful tiktoker needs to face repercussions for this.
I'm also on fire with excitement. 🍿😬
I am of course sorry for the families of the victims and the people she wrongly accused, but I have far too much schadenfreude to not watch a self inflicted trainwreck crash.
Banana/10 worst wattpad I’ve ever heard. I wouldn’t even show it to my dog- I feel like that’d be abuse lol.
How come she didn’t see this lawsuit coming?….So if she had evidence about who did that to those people… wouldn’t that be withholding evidence from police which is illegal…
She's just unbelievable, smh
This is completely batcrap crazy!
yup, people have gone nuts
day instantly gets better when markie posts
This is not going to go the way she thinks
I saw Atozy’s video on this and was absolutely disgusted by this woman and the more I fond out about her the more disgusted I am. The only people who would support this crap are children interested in the scandalous story she’s created and who like the drama of it all. She has no excuse though and is doing this only because she likes the drama and the attention and doesn’t care about what she is putting the families of the victims, and the people she accuses through. It’s sickening.
This woman needs to stop....ruining a poor lecturer's life for clout?
Callum posting videos back to back is just everything!😍❤️
odd that the person shes describing sounds a lot like koeburger too lol he was like a student teacher who oversaw other students.
I usually explain it like “tarot tries to tell you about the weather in your life” it’s about upcoming changes not specific predictions
@@Trashcan27 exactly, good description for that.
So glad u covered this!! This is absolutely mind blowing to me like what 🤣🤣 Please keep us updated on the court case!! I really like your content!!💛💚
As a member of a the Black community, I'm gonna need her to take off that tshirt and AKA hoodie. Expeditiously.
We don't claim her.
Yes falsely accusing people of a crime is against the law. Hopefully she goes to jail
As someone that uses tarot cards and does spiritual things we do not claim her. I feel sorry for anyone who has suffered because of this person and I hope they can heal from this tragedy
Honestly rebbecca could get her on both defamation AND doxxing since I don’t think Rebecca’s info was public (correct me if I’m wrong)
>present my ideas in court
>ideas
>not hard evidence, but ideas
Most people that do Tarot will tell you that this is NOT how this is works. This is insane. I would say all people know but clearly not 🤦🏽♀️
I am so sick of grifters and con artists pretending to be psychics and making money off of victims of serious crimes.
'The goat of falsely accusing people of murder' 😅😅😅
I hope she brings her tarot cards into court with her and tries to use it as evidence. Imagine what a judge would think of that.🤣
I bet judges HATE social media lawsuits.
This entire case really shines a light on so many of the batshit crazies in the true crime community. They think they are smarter than police, the FBI, forensic teams, etc. I feel so badly for all of the innocent people they accused and quite literally harassed.
Wasn't just her, a channel on YT called CrimeCircus did the exact same thing to the ex named Jake.
Hang on, this needs more attention. What the hell are these RUclips channels doing??
She sounds very apathetic. She doesn't express any emotion. Like when she says "that's ridiculous to me", usually there are fluctuations in the voice or some kind of expression. She had some expression when she was acting after the lawsuit statement/ But she in her eyes looks cold, and disconnected. It is very unsettling that she needs attention so bad she will make accusations that can end someones life.
Clout must be a hell of a drug.
Oh man what I’d do to be a fly on the wall during the court proceedings
🤦🏻♀️ the suspect was in court 2 days ago. I watched it on Emily D Baker's channel. I don't understand how this tiktoker can continue with this 💩
None of this is to even MENTION the notion that, now, other people will try to do the same thing in other big cases, more innocent people will get framed by "internet psychics" with absolutely no proof, more lives will be put in jeopardy and ruined because this one crazy b decided she wanted fame... she absolutely deserves to get sued off the face of the planet.
Hey, at least beauty influencers can sell you something real - mascara and lipstick! What does a psychic give you? 😂
this is so wild and inappropriate and makes me so mad
Just realized it’s been a while since I’ve heard you use your old outro music!
She going to plead insanity that’s how she going to “win” 😂
I’d love to see that trial 😂
Maybe she’s hoping to become a witness for the defense because she can make an argument that someone else did it. But this is entire drek and it won’t get her anywhere
I hope the guy she accused brings a lawsuit against her as well. It doesn't surprise me that there are people who believe this Ashely person. Many people take tarot card readings very seriously
Rebecca will win this lawsuit easily. Defamation suits are won faster the more of a social nobody (anonymity) you are, and the malice Ashley proved herself by posting more videos after Rebecca was cleared.
It's sad that she still has so many supporters...I was SHOCKED when I read some of the comments. I was so pissed, there's frigging idiots!
It wouldn’t be a criminal offense unless she lies on the stand and she gets criminally charged for that. The defamation would just be a civil case.
