They created what you call "what they wish they made" from the back of rickety old van and no money without today's social media sending them around to friends. They hustled out two of the genre's greatest masterpieces in the span of 8 months. Total time to make was roughly six weeks. So, maybe you're right. They "wish they made" this technology you have now back then and they "wish" they didn't already have a chosen battle plan. But no well wishes for your fore fathers. That's fine.

I would never condescend to tell a complete stranger what they want to hear. I, also, am not a young man..I'm in my 40s. ..and have listened to Sabbaths entire catalogue countless times...enjoy it thoroughly. .and have no regrets about their achievements.
God why are people so aggravated on the fact these guys are "ripping off sabbath", loads of doom/stoner bands sound like Sabbath! They sound more like Trouble to me anyway, another band I love!

Great, great sound, visual and video, full of “hidden” references to their roots. Those legends and mismatched sound and images are pure early 70's gold. The whole band's discography is awesome. Nothing you haven't heard but never really heard untill you hear it again. The best Sabbath you could get from your darkest forgotten dreams (well, maybe some Count Raven and Blackwülf's Oblivion Cycle should not be missed). You never ever stop, guys, at least in my lifetime.

psalm 9 is one of my all time favorite albums
They may "look" like 1970 Sabbath, but they don't sound much like them. I agree that I hear more Trouble or maybe St. Vitus than Sabbath.
Sounds more like Blue Cheer or Pentagram to me, IMHO.
