    first of all , i want thnke you about this video ... my questions is (Can we consider the curve of the two compartments as lienar curve?

      Currently, for simplicity's sake, we are only considering a simple one compartment profile. For 2 compartments, you won't be able to see it on a linear plot, but if you log the concentration axis, you will see a biexponential plot.

    Where did the 0.1.5 hrs come from please I find things hard to follow . I'm doing drug toxicology and trying to learn the equations for exam in January and I have no clue😅

      The t 1/2 taken from the graph was 6.6 hours ; while lin 2 = 0.693 .
      Elimination constant Ke = lin 2 / t half life .
