    I liked your saying to think the violin fit into place of my body and the bow beeing the extention part of my arm. I once had the feeling as to embrace my violin kind of creating a circle. ❤
    But this experience is still quite new to me because I am just playing a few years.
    Thank you so much for your kind advice ❤🫶

      Glad this video resonated with you. I like the idea of embracing the violin as well! As you keep spending time with your violin, you'll get more comfortable with it! Happy practicing! :)

    Thank so much for your revolutionary approach to the violin study. I would love you to explain how to approach vibrato as it happens me to tense a lot. I’m confused about the origin of the movement.

    I will try but I've tried before. I have chronic left shoulder / neck pain. It's so stiff and jacked up. I am out of ideas to fix . Very frustrating. 😢
    Btw ....I teach yoga too.🎉

      So nice to meet a fellow yoga teacher! I'm sorry you are going through the chronic pain.. If you are experiencing pain, it'd be best to take it easy and see a physical therapist. When your pain is released, you can try these posture adjustments and you'll feel the difference!! :)

      @@ye-jinhan you know there is no way I'm going to quit playing not even for one day I played every single day with the exception of maybe 7 or 8 maybe 10 days since March 2020.
      I'm going to have to fix it while I'm playing 😔

      @@ye-jinhan I watched your video. I suspected that I lifted my left shoulder and squeezed my solar plexus and my chin. So yesterday I tried lowering my shoulder even lower than I thought necessary and I even put a weighted bean sac on my right shoulder so it would remind me to lower both shoulders. I also tried to remind myself not to squeeze the chin. It's only one day but I think there was some benefit to that. I'm going to continue trying. I watched your video but I don't know if I downloaded your guide ....is that in your video? By the way teaching yoga has really helped a lot. I started in March 20th practicing every single day and I didn't play violin much before that only maybe in high school and I'm super old now lol... I ended up with a frozen shoulder because I kept my arm in one position for such a long time and wasn't stretching it during covid lockdown.

    Hi! I wanna ask is it possible to heal violin hickey or is it possible for it to heal itself? Thank you.

    • @ye-jinhan
      @ye-jinhan  2 дня назад

      You can put a cloth between your violin and neck/chin to avoid that or heal from it. I sometimes use it, but most of the time, I don't.
