I was commenting more on the media’s response to her behavior as opposed to their coverage of Swalwell’s affair with a Chinese spy and their failure to call for his removal from Congress or even from the Intelligence Committee. Once an accusation like this is made, either implicitly or explicitly, the 1st question that should come to mind is: Is there any evidence of the condition being true?

This was obviously a hit piece. It’s pretty easy to see the camera wasn’t exactly close and who has night vision at a musical? Who is leaking surveillance video? We really do need a comprehensive technology rights law. Privacy is pinched and will go away if we allow that to happen. The justification of "if you have nothing hide..." is not enough. When people are making deep fakes and otherwise manipulating to accomplish a person agenda, there needs to be individual protections in place as a deterrence and with teeth.
