Thanks for reply. Ye chatney banane me hamesa taza guthli Wala aam lijiye jisme se grate karne par juice nikle. Taki bina water aam ke juice aur gud me aam achha se 35 /40 minutes me low flame per pak jae aur aam transparent ho jae. Tabhi mahino Tak chatney kharab nahi hogi.
