Cool shot of the tail while landing on runway 26 at the 2017 Reno Air Races. Looking forward to the runway overhaul as you can hear the expansion joints giving my landing gear hell. The small tail Lancair takes a bit of skill, as you'll notice a lot of deflection leading up to touchdown. We also use hot side / cold side runway so you land, get stable, and move to the cold side in the event of an overrun.
