I experienced hair loss from the C19 vax so I started taking supplements for hair, hormonal imbalance, eating healthier, and using shampoos that have Sam palmetto, rosemary, biotin, etc. It took 2 years for my hair to stop shedding more than usual. I was on the show as a child during the segment "are you healthier than a second grader" and it was one of the most cherished memories of my life and theres no upload of the episode to rewatch it online.
