If they don't block, We just need to train on a Bag-Basic Hiiting Patterns with Slow Motion
Many people enjoy sparring today, but for the most part they are just trading punches. Don't get bad habits from the visual pantomym trading hitts, just punch a hanging heavy bag.
Here I do a few standard patterns; A zig zag, a left sideling step, a Hammer fist "Jum Sau" and the classic 180 degree turn on the inside.

This is the bare minimium standard, nothing fancy here. Most people posting kung fu or some other block based martial art are generally doing nothing more than these three primary moves, if a left jab didn't end everything. The left jab to win is not shown here....
