Thank you for this. My dealership took my 2019 civic to a local shop to have this done when I first bought the car. Its worked flawlessly until now. Im getting that connection message but I have no idea how they connected the USB since its not taking up any of my USB ports. Ive called the shop but they've blown me off several times. This vid at least gives me an idea where to start and how to follow the connections. Thank you.
I find it so dumb that sxm isn't pre-installed into these cars. I have a 2018 Honda civic I just purchased. I assumed it would come with 3 months free sxm just as my last car 2014 vw jetta gli did... but nope it didn't
So, I like apple car play and I need my USBs. I’m seeing this setup as the best for radios not XM ready. How can this be configured to where I don’t need usb? Can I simply splice behind the USB port and tap it? What about a usb hub extender like for a PC. Could i just add extra USBs and use this and apple car play simultaneously?
You really don't show where you plug in the power plug after you add the wires? Then you jump to finish. Where is the SiriusXM unit kept? Under dash? You have to take the dash apart for the antenna? Don't show that?
If your car comes with a 30-day SiriusXM trial, why is it so difficult to add it back to your car? I have a 2022 HR-V and the radio doesn't have that many features or options yet it came with the XM radio. Every time I get a new car, it comes with XM. There no videos on finding the radio ID to the Hondas with the basic radios.

It's crazy. It makes no sense that cars in these price ranges (20k+) don't have standard satellite radio.
Would this work with 2020 Accord sport?
About how much will this cost if the dealership installs it?
Will most garage's do this for me?
Well done. I think that will work for my 2020 Ridgeline sport. I’ll be contacting you. Thanks again.
Will this work on a 2019 Accord Sport 1.5T ?
Where can I purchase this for my 2020 Honda CRV? I have the SirriusXM package for car.

Is it compatible with 2020 jetta base model s
Why wouldn’t you just stream the app thru the Bluetooth connection?
Can you install a similar tuner to a 2021 kia sedona?
Will this work with 2020 crv lx radio?

Myself would of left antenna under dash..it doesn't need to be exposed
This is sooo weird I have a CRV 2018 EX that came with SiriusXM installed from factory no ugly cables running and with it’s own app.
