I have one of these little machines that I’m about to do the same work on. Just a heads up, it’s not a primer bulb, it’s a purge bulb. It pushes fuel through the carburetor back to the fuel tank to eliminate air bubbles
Great video. Will be doing this next weekend. Looked at a couple of other videos, but this showed the most detail, to the point, and not 20 minutes of extra stuff I dont need, lol.
I am following what you did.........until the gas tank removal, all three of my screws are stuck, helplessly stuck, I am letting it sit with penetrating oil for a day or two and I'll try again.
@@Dadlifeprojects two of the three did break loose, the third never did. I tried several tried and true methods and finally decided to cut my losses and cleaned the tank with it mounted, not super easy but its clean.
You're right. I took it out package put it on and it ran great. A year later took it out for my garden and started right up and ran perfect. Thanks for watching the video.
Sorry. I should have said what to do with it. The third line is a vent for the gas tank. It doesn't look up to anything. It just goes barely in the tank and the other end just hangs free. Thanks for the comment and hope this helps👍
Wow! Thanks. You make this look easy. I'll watch this again in two days, right before my kit comes in.
Thanks for watching the video.👍
Thanks for kit number to order parts 😊
No problem 👍

Nice! I was wondering what you were going to do with that box of marbles, I was completely puzzled. Looks like a brand new rototiller now.
Thanks. It runs like on to.😀
😊
wish you had a close up shot of removing the carburetor thanks
Sorry about that. Hopefully it helped you still and thanks for the support 👍

Sorry for not responding sooner. That's horrible when that happens. Just keep what your doing. Thanks for watching and good luck.👍

Your skin absorbs those solvents. Consider nitrile gloves to avoid a future of skin cream addiction. Great video though!
Thanks for the advice and the support 👍
I saw nothing about tuning up the carb, ie, properly adjusting the high and low idle screws and the throttle screw.
You're right. I took it out package put it on and it ran great. A year later took it out for my garden and started right up and ran perfect. Thanks for watching the video.
Mine dies as soon as I hit the throttle. Maybe it's bad fuel.
So what do you do with the third fuel line? I did everything you said but failed to mention this third line. Now I am stuck without answers.

I missed the tune up part
Excellent! Can I borrow it now?? ;)
Sure, but you gotta pick it up.😀
