Successful Sikhs abroad need to invest in Punjab to rebuild industries which meet Western standards in terms of quality, environment, staff conditions etc.. to rebuild Punjab as an economic powerhouse. The land where our blessed Gurus walked is sacred land.

SEZ are extremely important for driving growth in any country Chinese made a fortune by SEZ’s like Dalian, Tianjin etc. In India Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore, Gurugram, Noida are big examples of SEZ but unfortunately in Punjab no state govt had the guts to stand against farm unions to acquire farmland and allot a SEZ status!! Even today AAP submitted a proposal for Mohali Rajpura SEZ but incentives for land acquisition in Punjab is worst in the country on contrary UP allotment of 10,000 acres of SEZ just in Greater Noida Division shows the lack of intent in Punjab state government, Even non BJP states of Tamil Nadu have allotted Coimbatore, Madurai etc Telangana, West Bengal all do the same which are non BJP states but just blaming it on central government when we ourself doesn’t want to change shows nothing but hypocrisy

Lol 😂 Punjab industry mainly lost its competitive edge because of three major reasons 1. Was the militancy and president rule which later followed into gangsters and extortion rackets!! 2. Was due to our agriculture policy of free electricity, subsidies of fertilizers and diesel leading to low supply for industrial production and also low incentive for acquisition of farm land for industrial use! 3. And the main reason for loosing competitive edge against other states was farm unions and lack of educated worker force for high tech jobs which became growth engine for India in IT, Pharmaceuticals, Precision design industries etc and with ultra high craze of just moving abroad meant no govt want to take hard decisions and kept dragging this policies forward which became much worst with time!!

Bhindrawale ruined it all in Punjab. Batala was a big manufacturing hub for lathe machines and foundary jobs. After terrorism Punjab lost its industry because no company wanted to invest in disturbed and terrorist affected state.

For Baddi, the subsidies are given by the HP state govt, not by center.
Every state govt works for the benefit of ots people except Punjab govt, which is only busy in playing vote bank politics and distribution of freebies.
Also, you didn't talk about Khalistanis propaganda, drugs and ielts problems due to which it's hard to find labour I Punjab.
Don't sit and talk bullish, talk to an actual business owner as to why they moved their factories outside Punjab.
