I don't know history. I have a simple question, out of 50 lakh hectares area in Punjab, sant ji only had one place (our golden temple) to fight with army. Was there no other place in Punjab to fight with army or Punjab police. If he had shifted his place of fight, not a single bullet would not have been shot in premises of our Golden temple. Was the gurudwara a fighting place. I think before attack army requested to vacate the place but he didn't bother

Bhindranwale was not a terrorist initially, as he himself never asked for Khalistan. He wss adament and he was on extremely wrong path in the name of getting justice, neither the leadership of that time was matured enough to tackle this situation and persons involved, Bhindranwale himself had political aspirations to be fulfilled with the outer assistance from Congress which were never fulfilled (Congress wanted to neutrilize Alkali Dal and create alternative in the form of Bhindranwale) that was the root cause of contension. Neither the Hindu society wanted or ever supported the massacre of 84, few of my sikh friends relatives were the victim of it. That was a horrible horrible time. I was 14 then. Later on when I grew up I realised the the picture is been developed that Hindu is responsible for 84 and not Congress. I am surprised people elected Congress even after that, Ok don't elect BJP but atleast don't elect Congress aswell. Emotions are running high on me I know I am not able to answer your question. I and all my family members visit mandir and gurudwara sahib quite often, I meet hindus in gurudwara also and I meet sikhs in mandir also. And they themselves don't feet it otherwise. Kharku singhs had major support in my area(majha). My dad was friends with alot of singhs at the time and he was picked up by police twice...luckily his uncle was a high ranking police officer who saved him both times.... In the late 80s and early 90s raat nu kharku raaj hunda c...no sarkari car would come out after the evening.

It seems like we always have to wait for a leader to emerge ex. Sant Jarnail Singh ji, Deep Sidhu or Bhai Amritpal Singh, to be able to unite the kaum. This works wonders in short amount of time with the right leader but the Indian Government seems to have learned from their mistakes in the past and acts super fast nowadays to rid our kaum of these leaders. Above everything we need to first read Gurbani and do Naam Abhyaas without that we ain't getting nowhere, the kamai of these gursikhs is what made them. Bhai Amritpal Singh would continously read Chaupai Sahib throughout the day, that's how he was able to escape from 80,000 police and left the Indian govt clueless despite them using extreme draconian measures and blackouts to try and catch him. Sant Jarnail Singh Ji also read 101 Japji Sahibs daily and we are all aware of his feats.
Hi a passerby proud hindu here, i simply wanted to know the history of sri darbar sahib khadoor sahib ji and landed up on this video. I come from a family which was against the idea of what indira gandhi did, and we are proud of saving one sikh family(it was my nana who saved them, he kept them in their house and didnt let anyone in, i am proud of him) and wish this never should have taken place. While listening it seemed that your analysis of the majority is kinda unfair, now i come from a majority and if something like this happens i would obviously stand against it. However it was during 1980s when there used to be only a single channel and lesser sources of information which could be controlled easily and hence the unfair judgement that the majority was happy when sri darbar sahib was being raided, who knew how much information was being controlled by the head of the country. The part of hinduism where i come from would never be happy to see the demolition of faith in any form, and since sikhs and sikhi hits home, i personally would take pride in wearing a pagg and following the ways of sikhi as my own, being a proud hindu we would never cause any harm intentionally to sikhs however the atmosphere around topic of khalistan is too violent, and eventually vandalises the relationship between me and my sikh friends. It seems its the era of bigotry be it hindus muslims and sikhs, however i feel sikhs and hindus atleast can have a light foot and a soft corner for each other in their hearts. I don't know history. I have a simple question, out of 50 lakh hectares area in Punjab, sant ji only had one place (our golden temple) to fight with army. Was there no other place in Punjab to fight with army or Punjab police. If he had shifted his place of fight, not a single bullet would not have been shot in premises of our Golden temple. Was the gurudwara a fighting place. I think before attack army requested to vacate the place but he didn't bother

Much before 1984, , a train was stopped by Bhindranwale's gundas. They segregated Hindus , lined them up and machine gunned them down. Bhindranwale was not a terrorist initially, as he himself never asked for Khalistan. He wss adament and he was on extremely wrong path in the name of getting justice, neither the leadership of that time was matured enough to tackle this situation and persons involved, Bhindranwale himself had political aspirations to be fulfilled with the outer assistance from Congress which were never fulfilled (Congress wanted to neutrilize Alkali Dal and create alternative in the form of Bhindranwale) that was the root cause of contension. Neither the Hindu society wanted or ever supported the massacre of 84, few of my sikh friends relatives were the victim of it. That was a horrible horrible time. I was 14 then. Later on when I grew up I realised the the picture is been developed that Hindu is responsible for 84 and not Congress. I am surprised people elected Congress even after that, Ok don't elect BJP but atleast don't elect Congress aswell.
Emotions are running high on me I know I am not able to answer your question. I and all my family members visit mandir and gurudwara sahib quite often, I meet hindus in gurudwara also and I meet sikhs in mandir also. And they themselves don't feet it otherwise. I have a faith on Guru maharaj and Ram that sensibility will prevail.

Kharku singhs had major support in my area(majha). My dad was friends with alot of singhs at the time and he was picked up by police twice...luckily his uncle was a high ranking police officer who saved him both times.... In the late 80s and early 90s raat nu kharku raaj hunda c...no sarkari car would come out after the evening.

I have a question for episode 5 veero, what would you say we can do moving forward as a panth to strengthen Sikhi and achieve autonomy as a people? It seems like we always have to wait for a leader to emerge ex. Sant Jarnail Singh ji, Deep Sidhu or Bhai Amritpal Singh, to be able to unite the kaum. This works wonders in short amount of time with the right leader but the Indian Government seems to have learned from their mistakes in the past and acts super fast nowadays to rid our kaum of these leaders. What can we do, it pains me the Sikhi is being supressed, the world needs a beautiful example of Halemi Raj to follow in this moment, Khalistan could be the answer.

Above everything we need to first read Gurbani and do Naam Abhyaas without that we ain't getting nowhere, the kamai of these gursikhs is what made them. Bhai Amritpal Singh would continously read Chaupai Sahib throughout the day, that's how he was able to escape from 80,000 police and left the Indian govt clueless despite them using extreme draconian measures and blackouts to try and catch him. Sant Jarnail Singh Ji also read 101 Japji Sahibs daily and we are all aware of his feats.

Hi a passerby proud hindu here, i simply wanted to know the history of sri darbar sahib khadoor sahib ji and landed up on this video. I come from a family which was against the idea of what indira gandhi did, and we are proud of saving one sikh family(it was my nana who saved them, he kept them in their house and didnt let anyone in, i am proud of him) and wish this never should have taken place. While listening it seemed that your analysis of the majority is kinda unfair, now i come from a majority and if something like this happens i would obviously stand against it. However it was during 1980s when there used to be only a single channel and lesser sources of information which could be controlled easily and hence the unfair judgement that the majority was happy when sri darbar sahib was being raided, who knew how much information was being controlled by the head of the country. The part of hinduism where i come from would never be happy to see the demolition of faith in any form, and since sikhs and sikhi hits home, i personally would take pride in wearing a pagg and following the ways of sikhi as my own, being a proud hindu we would never cause any harm intentionally to sikhs however the atmosphere around topic of khalistan is too violent, and eventually vandalises the relationship between me and my sikh friends. It seems its the era of bigotry be it hindus muslims and sikhs, however i feel sikhs and hindus atleast can have a light foot and a soft corner for each other in their hearts. Hindus do value their relationship with sikhs and sometimes its media that propogates garbage that makes us despise each other for no reason.

Violence is never okay. All points noted but why doesn't anyone talk about terrorist and violent activities by Mr Bhindranwale and his gang spreading terror in Punjab for 5 years which caused this. Whats stopping indian agencies of coming up with proofs of such hindu killings? Where is the proof that even 500 hindus were killed in punjab?
Thirdly where is the proof that sant bhindrawale was a terrorist? The only time he killed someone when he fought indian army when they attacked darbar sahib.
Indira gandhi only kept sikh bodyguards just to show the world and nationalist sikhs that she doesn’t mean them harm. Keeping sikh bodyguards was just a calculated political move nothing else. If she had any sympathy towards sikh and punjab she wouldn’t have forced darbara singh to withdraw punjab’s water rights case from supreme court. On the other hand she increased delhi’s and haryana’s quota of water from punjab’s rivers which was and is completely against any world law.
And where is the proof of Canadian, isi or any other nation’s funding ? On the other hand KGB’s MI5’s and isreal’s involvement in india’s attack on darbar sahib was exposed in 2014 when documents were had to be made public in UK.
