A member in an enclave died, I revived him with the CE and his 5th skill is gone, I've tried to return it as I can't recruit any of the members from the community, atm how exactly do I re-add the skill I've gone to where it is and re add it but when I go into the game the 5th skill is not there

Yep same it says try updating you game and saved but I have the latest version.
