If you can't locate the Paks Folder you can just make one
i go to localcache and nothing is there, its just empty, any idea why?
@@BreezeyEU WDYM Like the state of decay 2 folder isnt there? is it freshly installed? if it is play it until you create a community... after that the folder should appear..

Amazing Video! I followed all the steps but the mod i am trying to use isn't working. The mod im trying to get is more vehicle space, almost 100 slots for storage but it won't work. Any help?
sorry about that, but you may find a similar mod of it.. If I am not mistaken there a 3 kinds of 100 slots mod no difference at all just the author or modder

i have the paks folder with all my mods in it but nothing is working. i’ve tried different videos and nothing is working. by any chance would you happen to know what i’m doing wrong ? i clicked create integration pack after i put my mods in but it didn’t work when i checked the game

the only mod i got to work was the gsg auto mod but nothing else works like the dev menu, brighter lights, etc. would u happen to know anything i can do?
@@aaronthedragon871 I think the brighter lights can added without the use of the mod manager... u can just direct it at PAKS.. I also have that one...

I cant unzip the pak files it always says file format unknown or damaged to every mod i install

I first installed SoD2 on my Xbox, then I was able to get it on PC for free. That means it’s the windows version, right? Because of Microsoft? Will mods work the same as they would with a steam installed version of the game? Just want some clarification.

No bans no flags some people will complain if you use it or just leave most people enjoy or dont mind you using them so long as you don't game break.
For some reason i had the helicopter mod and a army clithing mod and my freind joined me and couldnt see it

To bad these don’t work on Xbox I’m bored with State of Decay 2 next update is Infestation’s and outpost defense but it gets repetitive within 2 hours

@@threadshock222 Xbox doesn’t support mods I don’t think but fr though I’m pretty bored with state of decay I have all the weapons, outfits and bounties completed and undead really hasn’t added anything good in a while I wish they’d add mod support
They need to add mods on console like fallout
If you have a PC account linked to an Xbox account I think you can
You can do some "modding" but as far as I've seen it's spawning items, minor changes to firearms (scopes/sights), and character models (including ones hidden in game files). Idk if you can put full on mods like Nexus has in game on console.. but I hope so and I plan on finding out!

if the other person got the same mods that you have it would apply, but if they don't have any mods then only a minimal mods would work.. like the outfit mods..

What happens if you cannot find state of decay 2 under local? I tried searching it up but then the next step isn't there it has just random numbers and letters don't think that is actually it cause it has no saved what so ever...
I get common.lau and current_gane.lua there is no saved option.
