Wtf, the genghis khan is connected us and that's all. Even if we didn't want it, but still. We are turkic people and the ancestors of mongols in kazakhstan were considered too. As a whole turkic nation they developed their own culture, distinctive from the mongolians.

Khazak weddings are way more lively than I expected while Mongolian weddings seem more reserved.
Livelier yes, but this one seems not really following the old tradition. For example husband wears office costume here. And khazkh wedding don't always performed outside.
Maybe people were too many so they had to perform it outside i guess.
Wrestling, horse racing etc event only happened in rich folks' marriege in the old days.
Nowadays you don't have to be rich to do this. But it's not really "must do" tradition
Mongolian one followed exact tradition.
They are so generous while gifting others...

А сейчас лишняя роскошь, никому не нужная, рыба, белая ,красная , икра, бонбоньерки каждому гостю, букет невесты... К чему эта всякая западная фигня. Ет болса болды столда, несколько салатов на закуску,соки и хватит. Не с голодного края же. Лишняя роскошь у нас в Казахстане болып кетті.
