Please visit Tibet Autonomous Region or other Tibetan areas of China next time! Until now, all Tibetan dialects and all sects of Tibetan Buddhism and also Bon religion, are existing in Tibetan areas of China!
Actually bullet train u pay for speed n d distance is so far away, for exp beijing to shanghai 2x more far than melbourne to sydney but china 4 hours, australia 14 hours, n even normal train is lost money in sydney (subsidize by government) same with dis bullet train ❤
but yea i understand ur sadness with no proper foods, bcoz we all so used to with Slow train, longer time need foods, but even if u want in dis Hsr speed train, u can buy Instant noodless from outside station cheaper, theres hot water. or if want easy, can order on station or train, or app barcode can even order starbucks kfc fried rice on app d delivered next station.
Chinese HS trains are the best in the world hands down and it's absolutely mind-boggling how it was even possible to build the whole thing and scale it to the size of the country that China is.There is actually another and far greater food option. You can order anything you want, McDonalds, Starbucks, KFC, anything your heart desires through the main APP at least 25 minutes before arriving at a key station and during the brief stationary time it will be delivered directly to your seat. I have done this on many occassions on HSR in China.
Business-class passengers on high-speed trains can enjoy complimentary meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The specific serving times may vary depending on the train and schedule, but meals are generally provided between 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM for lunch, and between 5:30 PM and 7:00 PM for dinner.
Yes next time please choose this time slot train and you will get a meal. BTW even if you go for a really short trip(like for 40rmb) during meal time you can also get a complimentary meal
Haha, thanks for sharing! The top class of China's high-speed train is called 'Business Class', and the 'First Class' of the train actually is premium economy class.
The Chinese bullet train network, which we personally experienced in April this year, is better than our British Rail which is twice as expensive and often delayed. However, British Rail is still marginally better than Amtrak which is ripe for an overhaul.
Chinese high-speed trains are unbeatable! The fact that such an extensive network was built so quickly is mind-blowing. Plus, the convenience of ordering food through the app and having it delivered right to your seat is a game-changer 🚄🍔
I watched your videos when you first came to China. I thought you two were a bit drama at the time, but later I got used to the style of your videos. I hope you can go to China's countryside and tourist attractions next time. China is not just about cities. You are always welcome.
In the old days, 40% shanghai people were from Ningbo, 30% from Guangdong, 30% from Jiangsu which is around Shanghai....roughly....also some from other parts of China.....So Ningbo is connected to Shanghai in a special way.
As a Chinese, it is very interesting to watch two foreigners traveling in China. The strangeness and surprise come from the lack of understanding. How important is communication among the people?
A couple of really American guys, but you feel like you are lonely travelers, a bit shy, interactive is often passive. I suggest you visit places with many ethnic minorities in Xinjiang, Guangxi and Yunnan in the future, where there is more cultural diversity and many ethnic festivals, including the Water-Sprinkling Festival. The Torch Festival and other very interactive events. Welcome to come again
Thank you for trying and sharing your business class experience in riding a bullet train in China. I had an economy experience in Japan and Paris. Something to compare and consider next time.
It surprised me that you guys were in Ningbo. I usually take a bus from there to get to the Zhoushan islands, where my dad grew up. It’s basically unheard of overseas, so it surprised me how close you guys were.
20:02 be careful with what you wish for. 😂 you don't want to be the driver, you will have to focus 100% and respond to some pedal every 20 seconds or something, otherwise you get a warning and a few warnings will escalate and so on to disciplinary actions.
Is this the food you want to know about? Haw flakes (Chinese: 山楂餠; pinyin: shānzhā bǐng) are Chinese sweets made from the fruit of the Chinese hawthorn. The pale/dark pink candy is usually formed into discs two millimeters thick, and packaged in cylindrical stacks with label art resemblant of Chinese fireworks. The sweet and tangy snack is usually served to guests along with tea or as a treat for children.[2] It is sometimes consumed with bitter Chinese herbal medicine to aid digestion. Li hing mui (Chinese: 旅行梅; Chinese: 话梅; Huà méi) in mainland China, is salty dried Chinese plum (Prunus mume). It has a strong, distinctive flavor and is often said to be an acquired taste, as it has a combination of sweet, sour, and salty taste.[1] Originally from Guangdong Province, the name "li hing mui" means "traveling plum". "Li hing" is "traveling" and "mui" is "plum" in Cantonese. Li hung mui is called hoshiume where the salty and sour umeboshi is also popular. Li hing mui, along with li hing powder, is extremely popular as a snack in Hawaii --by wikipedia
Next time you guys can visit more “ not famous” cities in China. And please try more different cuisine, not only buns dumplings noodles, China has a lot delicious cuisine you foreigners don’t know about. Simply ask people for suggestions. Welcome back.
@@hdzy121 maybe 140 both tickets I mean 70 each one, as Chinese I know about the price s of the bullet train , actually I travelled this summer to china and I visited from qingtian to suzhou, and more places and the price is slightly lower than 60$
Yup, but shockingly better than our British Rail which is twice as expensive and often delayed. But British Rail, though appalling, is still marginally better than Amtrak.

The rapid pace of China's development has amazed the world, demonstrating the strong cohesion and creativity of the Chinese nation.

if the train is running when it's 11:30~13:00 or 17:30~19:00, there is a free meal for business class passengers which is worth 40 yuan.
Hope to see you back soon in China! U2 reminds me of “Bill & Ted’s excellent adventure”. Other people might not gets it

Because all of this is non existent anywhere else, especially where I'm from in the states. What China has done is nothing short of remarkable.

Nothing needs to be compared! Now China has the longest and fastest high-speed railways in the World!
the thumbnail really captures the essence of the trip 😊
The number tag is probably for telling the staff to know you out train number and departure time.

Did they mention why they didn't apply for proper visa? It's a 10 year Visa so it is worth the money,.
They did a 6day transfer Visa? then a 3leg journey is needed. Americans don't get 15day go-anywhere-you-want Visa free.
Short business class train no food come with it. Long business class train come with food.🍱
这个解释不正确,只要你登车时间在提供餐食的时间内,都会免费提供盒饭的
