Thank you so much for sharing your style tips! I have all these dresses I love during warmer months but haven’t found the best way to wear them in winter. I’m totally inspired now to play and find a good pair of tights that are comfortable with all of the dresses I have. Love the black on black outfit! Feels like a lovely, simple way to start experimenting. Your videos have been great to watch!

Hello! I really enjoyed this information about your experiences and you have a nice style. My name is Victoria! It's so nice to meet you! I practically live in sleeveless maxi dresses but as I live in northern New Hampshire, I have to make concessions to the weather during December, January, February, and March. I'm good at handling the cold, but even I have my limits. In the spring and fall (or when visiting my boyfriend in winter who lives in Pennsylvania) I can get away with just adding a cute wool scarf (fashionable and helps add warmth) but when it's way below freezing, even below 0 Fahrenheit, I need to pair it with a coat to keep warm. I try to avoid leggings or any kinds of pants if possible but sometimes it's a must in January and February (usually a heavy wool skirt does the trick, but it can get really cold here in the winter). I often put a long cardigan over my dress and under my coat during the coldest parts of winter as well. One little thing I do to warm up is make extra rich hot chocolate that I just call "hot chocolate ala Victoria Kramkowski", it's really just powdered hot chocolate with twice the powder and I crush up a Hershey bar or two and stir into it. I made some for my best friend once, she said it was too chocolatey for her but it did indeed warm her up. Only downside for me is that it tends to ruin my lipstick and I have to reapply it afterwards. But it's a small price to pay.

I love this so much! Now you have me craving some hot chocolate :) thank you for watching!

@@FeelingGoodAsHail I'm so happy to hear that! It's really good. All you need is a 16 oz mug, four packets of instant hot chocolate, boil a cup of water, add about 3-4 oz of milk, and crush up a Hershey bar and stir for about 5 minutes to really get everything mixed good.
I'm so glad you didn't mind my verbose comment, I'm a very talkative person. My grandpa's friend when I was really little said that I could "talk the ears off of a donkey" which was funny to me because I was a little kid, and young kids are literal minded. So I imagined me talking to a donkey and its ears falling off and it letting out a shocked "HEEHAW!" which would be donkey speak for "WHERE'D MY EARS GO?"

You are so right about not agreeing with retiring styles. A few years ago I decided to donate all of my sweater vests because I never wore them (I live in south FL). I had several high-end items. I so regret that decision right now. 😮

Great styling! I also add a push-up padded bra a slip and heavy socks over the tights w tall boots for extra warmth!

If you like the look of sheer tights but want the fleece-lined tights, get the nude colored ones and put your sheer tights on top of them! Then you can switch out the patterns and everything, too.

My problem is not pairing but that dresses /skirts stick to stockings. Super annoying and looks ridiculous. Sprays only work temporarily, annoying to carry spray bottle in the purse to reapply throughout the day and if you add undergarments as alternate , those either show or make you feel over layered, bulky, not comfy. I end up with bare legs(too cold) or ditch dresses until summer. You did not mention how you go about it. Any thoughts?

Ugh I relate so hard, static is the worst! I haven’t tried it myself, but I’ve heard that spraying leave in-conditioner or hairspray on your tights will help. Might be worth a shot. Not sure about the longevity though, I’ll try to test it out over the next few days and will report back! Thank you so much for watching!
