@@CramcrumBrewbringer It's pretty great! I've had mine for 10 years at this stage and it's still going strong. It does take some getting used to and can make longer DCS sessions uncomfortable. My advice would be to make it more sensitive than you think you need it to be.
Update: it’s a game changer. You pretty much never lose sight of them. Took a little getting used to with the scales sensitivity, but it makes using the HMCS a breeze!
you can break the lock a few seconds before the missile goes active itself. it will just force the missile to go active sooner. at 12 miles on the deck the missile will have no problem finding the target with its own radar so you can just shoot it and immediately defend. this will save you precious seconds in those close bvr fights
This advice is so basic, I suppose most players must never read the manual for their aircraft 😆 On the noobish servers I see people fly right into my missiles without evading all the time.
Yeah, that's pretty much the kills shown at the beginning of the video. They all seemed oblivious and dude didn't really have to defend against anything, which shows me he was scraping from the bottom of the barrel.
Enjoy the video!!
Always fear the GS main who plays without TrackIR
I know right, I recently got TrackIR so I am even more deadly. xD
I’ve been winning most my dogfights with hatswitch for camera controls. Can’t wait to get my trackIR

@@TacticalWestOfficialI don’t use TrackIR or have any idea how to get started using it or where to use it. Any suggestions?
Really helped as I'm getting into the F-16
Nice video and thanks for the tips!
Your Welcome.
Recently applied and got some good results, simple once you say it out loud but very effective. Thanks for the vid

For the 1st 6 months I didnt know what the RWR was and would just randomly explode and have no idea why.

@@TacticalWestOfficial yeah! I yelled at the screen asking why they would make such a stupid game🤣
I was in the F-18 at the time.

what is going cold
Going Cold is turning away from the bandit and running, going hot is turning nose on toward the bandit.

Take an ice bath mid flight.
Dropping your engine power, so it gives less heat and heatseaker missiles may evade you

Yeah, it is basic. but most of the playerbase is only at that level. I am helping level them up to give me a greater challenge on GS xD

the silly pop ins kind of turned this into a silly video. Its ok to be silly i guess.
Super serious content ain't my thing
