It is astounding how the body lets you know when its time to heal. For the past year or so I've been consuming too much meat, fish, eggs and chicken because it's how I grew up and because I'm a weight trainer of 45+ years. It finally caught up to me recently through multiple symptoms. The good news is my body started craving, or asking, for more healing plant matter. This is what I did about 10-years ago in order to heal myself. This week I started a regiment of fruits, berries and some veggies. My body was screaming out to me for healing and I know to listen thanks to this man whom I respect and love.

I have been following your words and lessons after a horrendous experience with chemo and radiation in Toronto Princess Margaret Hospital (the cancer killing-machine). The only thing I've seen with merit, is that when it comes to weight loss, you can't tell yourself you want to lose weight. For those who forget, there is a thing as too much vitamins. Also keep in mind the amounts of sugar in some fruits. And the lack of protein. Products like steak also contain a lot of vitamins.
There's no vitamin regulatory system effects when you consume animal products so getting too much vitamins is what happens when you consume too many foods like the liver of an animal because your consuming pure vitamins that were synthesized by the animal but the beta carotene for example which is the vitamin a source found in plants including fruits is completely safe in every circumstance and aspect because the body will choose not to convert it into vitamin a if it already has enough vitamin a to work with.
Only when consuming the organs and too many of the meats is where there's a risk of vitamin and mineral toxicity.

How can you let go when in chronic pain tho? I used to meditate twice/day, walk in nature for 1-3 hours with the dog and was never happier. I've now chronic inflamation & severe gut issues, and I can't do either. When I meditate all I can focus on is the pain, and walking flares it up too.

I'm thankful to Dr. Morse for giving me the intel to cure my skin issues. For my mom who has cancer, she gave her all with Dr. Morse's system and she got worse and worse. I encouraged her down this path and although I don't know what the answer is, this was not the answer that we were hoping for. Hello Dr. Morse.I think you are brilliant and greatly value your opinion. I'm a 32 y.o. male diagnosed with ulcerative colitis with severe bleeding this past April. Blood was literally squirting down the sides of the toilet. It wasn't pretty to say the least. Now, I've been suffering severe constipation for as long as I can remember. Was also diagnosed with dysplasia. I just had many polyps removed and could not follow up with my GI due to being extremely debilitated and exhausted in addition to other reasons. I've just started a raw fruit and veggie diet qnd smoothies in hopes that I can heal this naturally. It's a start and I know there is a lot more to it than that. I would love to hear some of your recommendations as I truly believe in and have faith in you. You really understand and know how the human body works and functions and I am just lost. I also am compound heterozygous for MTHFR mutation, high copper toxicity and have been prescribed compounded supplements for this. I am not absorbing my compounds due to my gut issues, so I'm going to try to embark on this journey of healing on my own. I have been through countless tests and procedures and have been to countless doctors and a few naturopaths to no avail. I desperately need help and am reaching out to you as my last hope.
