Fun fact. You can use the ghost fire boards as risers on the temple audio boards. Just get 6-32x1 screws and #6 washers and screw it in like you would a Cioks power supply. I use it to rise my headrush mx5

The ghostfire seems like it would be a good option for my bass board. I run a ToneX and would likely only run 2-3 normal sized pedals
So cool! Looking into something similar! Now, if I wanted to record using the tonex as an audio interface. Would I need to use two separate USB cables from both pedals into my DAW?

Cool idea but I believe a HX Stomp XL as a command unit and midi control over the Tonex pedals would have elevated this project a lot
I mean if he wants he could do that with the regular stomp, you don’t need the XL for that but also this is meant to just be an amp setup and use whatever boards as well as Jimmy having a compact setup to test and do his own tone capture stuff.
Yeah...for sure...and I plan to use with my other pedalboards, but like the comment below and in the video...I wanted something that could sit on my desk and could be used with multiple boards

Hey friend, how are you? I have the tonex on the hx stomp loop, but the sound is different, it loses volume. Do you make any adjustments to either the Tonex or the HX Stomp to improve the signal?
What I want to know is how you compare the ToneX with the Stomp.
I love the STOMP...and I'm getting used to the TONEX..TONEX sounds great in my studio but haven't played live much yet to give an honest answer...but very soon!
How much difference would it be just to run mono? And have tried to run the same capture with 2 different cab/speakers, Or even different microphone options?
just realized that there are so much combinations as I was just typing that! lmao … I’ll stick with a single Tonex 😂
I think running mono is a very good option! The only things you give up (that might not be that important) is running wet fx into your amp, which many prefer, and also no headphone out...but unless you have a splitter you can't come out of 2 units with one set of headphones any ways.
