Every day I get so many emails and comments asking why you can’t locate the music I use or find it using Shazam. I purchase music licenses for almost all the music you hear in my videos. I buy them them from various royalty-free production music sites and most of the time they don’t list the performer because it’s music made only for film productions with an audio watermark throughout the entire track, unless you purchase the single-use license for $50-100 per track. I use a lot of opera so often I’ll reference the opera but I won’t be able to direct you to a recording of that specific performance that you could stream or buy on iTunes or Spotify. Hope that clears things up and thank you for appreciating quality music.

❤ I’m sure that you have gotten this recommendation before. But, would you consider creating a cookbook? Perhaps with your beautiful photos and recipes for the four seasons in Tuscany? I think that would be fabulous. Also, thank you for all of the long hours of hard work that goes into producing your gorgeous videos. They are unique and such a treasure.
Thank you for your enthusiasm. Yes, it’s always in my mind. But if I did it, I would want to make it really special and right now I’m just not sure how I would find the time to continue weekly episodes and create/write/cook/photograph a cookbook. But it’s definitely something I will try as soon as I’m sleeping more than three hours a night. 😂 🤱🏼Maybe next year.☺️

I have hand made Terra Cotta throughout my house. I love the feel of them on my feet after I vacuum and mop. It’s like getting a massage. Mine were made in Spain. I used modern Terra Cotta sealer instead of the traditional method. I have to redcoat them every 4 years, but it’s pretty easy.
Always impressed by Kylie, her energy, confidence and lack of fearfulness. Those are some really incredible gifts😂

Auguri lovely Kylie, your videos always make me feel like I’ve been on vacation in beautiful Tuscany. I made a Barbie cake once for my granddaughter and the same thing occurred she was too tall for the layers so a bit of cake shavings and frosting and all was good. I bet they loved it. It’s so nice for Gianfranco to have children singing to him and just the sound of their voices laughing and playing. I use to love watching my son sing to his baby brother he would kick and laugh and smile. Beautiful moments. The artichokes were just spectacular! Happy Birthday, Kylie- Wish you were the one being catered to, but alas- your guests got to enjoy your gifts. One suggestion, if I could make it- When you cut those lovely wildflowers or weeds to put in a vase, it helps the longevity of the arrangement if none of the foliage is underwater in your vases, so strip off the other leaves down to the water line. No chance for the water to get swampy or slimy that way.

Happy Belated Birthday Kylie! Great to see you all looking happy and healthy and just a huge treat to see your footage of Tuscany in it's springtime glory! 😍 Yours and Guido's patience getting your bathroom done is astounding. But it's well on its way to becoming a dream ensuite for sure, and those surroundings surely play a huge part in being tolerant with all the bathroom delays. Your house and garden are really representative of everything I love about the Tuscan atmosphere, the balance of rustic, comfort, old charm and modern needs, recycled, brand new and carefully restored is a pleasure to behold, and little Gianfranco is growing up very fast in a very lovely home.
I can't help myself but buy some extra artichokes this time of year I just let sit on my cobalt blue ceramic platter of vegetables untill they first dry out a bit (at which point many would throw them out) but then, magically (!) open up and blossom with a huge violet fluffy center all on their own, at which point they become my table centerpiece that last a long time! It's like a little magic trick, and I have an old linnen table cloth in green, violet and light tangerine, simple pattern for exactly this time of year and it all really reminds me of Italy.
Spring is here up north too, and the sun is warm, but only a wandering cloud makes for chilly weather yet, and only the first cherry blossoms have appeared so far.
How exiting to have a new citrus orchard! The scent of neroli is the most cheerful I know, and freshly picked citrus is such a phenomenal household asset!
Looking at your bunches of wildflowers and herbal bouquets and wondering what I'm doing in this far northeen region tbh... 🙄

Your guests are very lucky to be with, you are a great thoughtful hostess and you work so hard to make it beautiful ❣️
My mom stuffed the artichoke with
Italian bread,grated Parmesan, black
olives cut up in chunks, finely
chopped garlic. to tsetse ,salt and
pepper!!Place them in a Dutch oven
immersed in water seasoned with h
salt and olive oil ,about a quarter
of a cup!!! Cook about one hour
then test the softness of the leaves!!
My mom made at least 24 each
holiday!!! Even the little children
beg for them!!!
Preparation:
Make sure to take the outside
leaves off the artichoke ,because
they are tough!! Cut the stems off
so your artichoke can stand up!!
Use the stem in the filling by chopping
it up!!!Then turn your artichoke
upside down and bang it on a cutting
board to open the leaves!!! Then put it
upright and really open all the leaves
as much as you can so you can put
stuffing in every crevice!!! Before you stuff them, take out those sharp things
in the middle with a knife!! They look
like hairs!! Now you can stuff them
and place them in your Dutch Oven!!
Usually, six fit tightly,which they are supposed to so they don’t tip over!!
Fill your Dutch Oven with water,oil and
salt to your taste. Put on burner at
medium high heat!!!when it begins to
rumble,switch to medium low!!!
Cook for one hour and check leaves
for softness!! Take a leaf put it in your mouth and pull off all the delicious
flesh on the leaf!!!
For our family on a regular day, it
is a meal in itself but on Holidays,it
is just one of the many side dishes!!

make sure you put enough olive oil
in the stuffing so it’s wet and moist!!
