Yeah it’s a technique, but SSG and SSGSS are god froms
It’s both a technique and a form since whis said goku had to transform and not have it as his base in the manga

Well technically it already is but, it would be cool to actually play as ui sign although I wouldn’t see much of a difference in the basic moves but in the super moves maybe it depends, MUI and UI sign are basically the same move set because goku finishes Jiren using most of the moves he used on Jiren as UI sign, and with UI Goku’s vs kelts would have different special moves

I think UI Sign should have been the official character, with MUI as an Install, similar to Golden Frieza.
