This Series was ahead of it's time with the first Onimusha, It has that Resident Evil 2 with Castlevania feel to it, definitely need to remaster this great series, i look at it on my shelf, wondering where the heck are all the backward compatible PS3's bout to bring the PS1 back on top of the T.V Stand =) =)
OR They could make where you are Ogre Form i believe thats what it was called if i remember correctly :) and then you become an even more badass at the end with secrets to be found to become the ultimate Ancient Warrior (or something of that mind) with the graphics on games now, this would be so intense and even have a online gameplay for it. creating your own awesomeness fighting some hard bosses with friends or others who need that boss on a huge map that is free roam entering temples and summoning Ancient dark world bosses, Farm a Huge dragon that spawns every hr or two with a Rare Dragon Form Orb so that you can take on the next toughest mob in the Onimusha world, Throwing Money at my head right now LoL!!!
You were going ham on him, I beat the game on this difficulty too but not with that amount of finesse. That flame charge move and the fireball attack were a bitch to dodge lol.
I watched your Devilish playthrough, you are incredible!!! Just Want to ask something about That last 10 slash,i can pull out 10 slash with Genma Samonji very consistently except the last hit Is that last hit timing really weird or something ? I can only do 10 slash until the upper slash comes out and no follow up.
What you wanna do is lock on and (if I remember correctly) use the D-pad to move so that you can just tap the button to lurch to the side. Helps out a lot.
